Horrible. I used to be a regular customer, usually get a case of wine... but they messed up my order so many times. Few times sent an entire wrong case of wine!!! And the delivery time is off, a few times they delivered my case to the wrong address and billed to my credit card. It was mess that took days to recover. Dave is the worst! He even lied & told me that they do not deliver to my area of Jersey City. Which is contrary to their written policy on the website but if Dave could purchase & taste wines he wouldnt have to work for Sparrow & lie. Look out for future legal action Sparrow for singling out customers & shady business practices!!!

Great selection of wines and liquor! They have wines from all over the world and the staff is nice enough to help you choose something if your unsure of what to get. Im able to find almost any wines that I want in this store and Im really particular, especially with my French wines!

They have a huge selection, clean store, great wine and liqueor section. Could use some more West coast microbrews though
