Only give it one star because I had to give a store to make this comment. This is the worst place Ive ever dealt with in my life. They sold me a car that stalls out, they took my money faster than they help Im trying to speak to a technician and been on hold for over 45 minutes and now no ones answering their phones. Before all of this I went back up to the shop told them about the problem Louise insured me that he would help me and get me in something better I got there at 9:45 a.m. I left at 3 oclock p.m. with my spirits all the way down. Not only did I get into a verbal confrontation with the owner who spoke with me around 2 oclock that day only due to me confronting her if I would have never spoke up no one was going to help me they had me test drive cars just to tell me theyre not going to do anything. But luies insured me that I will be a happy customer and Im for damn sure no. I just looked in the reviews by luies in some other people are workers at the dealership they are so fraudulent the karma is going to get them off for dealing with people like this

Went in with my family to look around and see if I was interested in any of the available vehicles. The staff who helped me: Santiago, at first was very friendly and showed me their inventory. After talking with my parents, I decided that I wasnt interested in purchasing a vehicle. Santiago was outraged and began criticizing my family and I for not allowing me to make my "own" decisions. He then stormed off without saying a thank you. The manager then approached us to apologize, however we were very disappointed in their customer service at this point. To top it off, Santiago then texted me apologizing for his actions and concluded his message by offering me a vehicle that was in my price range! Very unprofessional and unethical on their behalf to only offer these more economically available vehicles only after they mess up. Worst experience ever! Will never recommend to anyone looking for an honest vehicle purchase.

Mala experiencia si me financiaron rapido pero te envuelven primero te dicen algo y luego salen con que no, le salieron varios problemas al carro que segun tenia garantia en transmision,motor y sistema electrico se los lleve varias veces pero nunca me lo arreglaron no se los recomiendo asta ahora le sigo batallando con el carro

Muy Buena experiencia, mi aprobaron rapide y facil no como otros delears. Fue un processo rapido con muy buen servicio. Te hacen sentir feliz con lo que vas a decidir de comprar. Santiago da muy buen serviio al cliente nos hace dar la confianza, y si pensara en valuer a sacar un carres estoy seguro que regressarra aqui mismo.

Muy mala experiencia la camioneta funcionaba bien el problema es que La Luz del tablero se apaga les avise y dijeron q no podían hacer nada ... prometieron arreglarlo y limpiarla porque estaba sucia desde hace cinco meses sigo en espera que me llamen para arreglar no lo recomiendo a nadie

Me gusto muy buen servicio, a mi carro se la prendio un sensor y me atencion a tiempo y tienen a mabilidad muy profesionales y recomendo que venga mucha gente para que los atiendan como debe de ser recomiendo que pregunten por los porque da muy buen servicio al cliente

They are a scam artist... DO NOT GO THERE TO PURCHASE A CAR. Spend your hardworking money elsewhere. They lied about the total cost of vehicle. I wouldnt recommend getting insurance from them neither. I wouldnt even give them one star but its required in order to write a review. I havent had the car I bought from them for more than 2 months and I already have to pay $500.00 to get it fixed. They dont allow you to upgrade your warranty. This place doesnt care to have customer satisfaction.

In my opinion this guys have great prices and very good ways to work around any credit situation. I spoke to Lorena and she found the best option for me, i think its important to ask about warranty and to get an extended warranty. This is a used car dealership and im aware that its impossible to think about a used car as a new one, used cars always give surprises regardless where you got it from. I cant speak for other people but for me this was a great experience and a great deal.

They are rude af! We went to talk to the owner because they quoted us on price and then the gave us the car at a much higher prices. We we went to talk to him the secretary was being rude and told us to come back because she was busy. Then i asked to get the owners phone number and they wouldt give me his number. I will be contacting the BBB and letting them know how this car dealership treats its customer.
