A great experience! In October 2015, I started looking for a specific used Buick that is no longer in production. I used to live in Cocoa Florida which is just south of Titusville Florida where Ron Noris Buick has a GM dealership. I had a close friend working there who I have known for 10 years. I asked him to keep a lookout for the particular car that I wanted. He also included the used car sales manager, Jimmy. Between October 2015 and April 2016, they had seven cars pass through the dealership that were possibilities to match the car I was looking for. But for one reason or another neither of those cars were close enough to my criteria. So, they continued to look. On April 23, 2016, they contact me with information that they had just received a car that fit my preferences. They sent me the details along with several pictures. Now this was what I consider to be for be on their duties as employees but, this resulted in a car sale to me from simply having A written description and a few pictures of the car. Two days later, on Monday, I drove 200 miles from my home in Fort Lauderdale to the dealership of Ron Noris and then purchased the car in the same day. Why did I drive to Ron Noris Buick GM to purchase a car that I could have found close to my home? Answer is simple. Ron Noris Buick GM was recommended to me by fine friend of 10 years who works for the dealership. His word and pictures were enough for me to buy the car on the scene. During the buying process, I was treated like I was buying a new car. Then, considering this was a used car and the profit margin would not be much for the dealership, I was pleasantly surprise by the sale closing effort that Ron Norris Buick GM invested into my car deal. You just simply cannot go wrong by purchasing a vehicle from Ron Noris. They are a dealership for other brands of cars also. My suggestion to anyone looking for a new or used car, Ron Noris also put this car through a multi point safety check including the replacement of a few parts to bring the car up to a quality resale standard. Who ever lives in or near the Titusville area, you should first check with Ron Noris Buick GM dealership. They are a total quality operation.

I dont know where to start. My family and I had went on a cruise upon returning discovered that our vehicle wouldnt do anything. Called Ron Norris GMC and spoke to Wayne the service manager. Told him my story he said we will get you picked up and check the vehicle. By the time the tire truck driver got there and we got to dealership it was 2:30 they close at 3. Most places would have been rude about it or would have said we will get it on Monday. NOT THE CASE. These guys stayed until 6:30 on a Saturday and got us on the road with a smile on there face. Fit a fraction of what it should cost.Wayne, Matt, Charles, and the rest of you that I dont know your name. THANK YOU your kindness and generosity

bought a used truck from here, Jimmy Elmore sold me my truck, was a very pleasant person when buying. however he told me upon purchasing the vehicle they would fix a couple things. (dings, paint sidemoldings, fix yellowed headlights) came on my appointment, waited an hour for Mr. Elmore to show up, for him to say they couldnt do it that day, go down the next day, drop the truck off. come back to pick it up and they spraypainted my side-moldings, (looked horrible) didnt do anything else they said they would. Ron norris used cars are nice most almost new, but if they say they will fix something dont count on it, and if they do dont expect anything nice, you get shotty work

Went in for an oil change left with sensor lights on approach them and notified them they werent on when I came in the gentleman I spoke to said OH WELL! I even purchased a vehicle there one time he said that was back in 01. Needless to say they werent even willing to work with me on fixing the tire sensor that wasnt on before I went in there as I was waiting for the oil change I heard another customer complaining and them as well not getting any help and arguing back
