Do not buy a car from this dealership... Worst experience of my life. I bought my civic from La Reina Autos, and at first the process was going somewhat okay. After about an hour of waiting on the couch for someone to assist me, I was called up to the "financing manager", and it took him about 2 and a half hours to come up with something for a loan. Then I was told to come back in a couple days so they could finish my application.. still not sure why... Everyone was very vague the entire time, Im still not sure what my APR is, because I never got any answers. Before I drove off the lot with my car, they put some gas in it.... then once I needed to fill it myself, the gas door wouldnt open, so I called the dealership and told me to drive there so they can look at it, I was 3 hours away... but regardless this was a problem they KNEW about and still let me drive off without giving me a heads up that I would be unable to fill my gas tank without the proper tools to open it from the trunk. The end result was that they left me stranded (a 19 yr old female) off the interstate in the middle of the night, because they wanted to sell the car that bad. DISGUSTING. After about a week my car would continuously overheat, and when I asked them to take a look they said to come back in a few days.... so I did. Then I was told to come back during the week because thats when they can fit me in, when I got there the third time they said the owner wasnt there and they cant help me, and to come back. But they didnt tell me when hed be there. This place is a waste of time and an overall headache

I thought they where AWESOME at first. On my 3rd CAR PAYMENT THE CAR BROKE DOWN IN 3 MONTHS . I LOST $6000 IN 3 MONTHS. THE MOST HURTFUL AND SELFISH THING THAT COULD EVER HAPPEN TO ANYONE. BUYERS BEWARE!!! IF YOUR BUYING FROM LA REINA, IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO BRING IT TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CAR IS ORIGINALLY FROM TO DO A FULL INSPECTION , DO NOT BUY! I WENT AND INSPECTED THE CAR I HAD PURCASHED AT A ONE AUTO, AN THEY WHER NOT CAPABLE OF DETECTING THAT THIS CAR HAD $8000 WORTH OF WORK TO DO. UNFORTUNATELY THEY WHERE NOT MY ORIGINAL CHOICE ,BUT BILL THE MANAGER AT LA REINA SAYS I COULD NOT GO PAST A CERTAIN DISTANCE WITH THE CAR SO THAT EXCLUDED THE VOLVO DEALER! NEVER AGAIN. MY HUSBAND ALMOST LOST HIS LIFE . THEY ARE NOT REMORSEFUL. AFTER JUST MAKING 3RD CAR PAYMENT , I JUST TRADED IT IN FOR A NEW NISsAN ROUGUE! THEY ARE SO NOT REMORSEFUL , NOT ONLY DID HE COLLECT ALL HIS MONEY, HE STILL CHARGED ME 24% IN HOUSE TAX ALL THOUGH THERE WAS NO REAL BANK INVOLVED. A DEALER THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYONES LIFE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE A CAR! Not only did the car transmission go out as soon as I took it home but they changed the transmission twice on it and it was still leaking fluids when I took it to get an oil change 3 months later. They told me that they changed the oil before they gave it to me but the mechanic said that they only added oil to really old and dingy oil. Now my engine is leaking. The worst thing of it all is after I paid over $4500 on the car in one year they repossessed it because I was a few days late with less half a payment left. Right before Christmas, and they charged me an extra $400 to get my car back. These are the sneakiest none caring people I have ever worked with.

First time here literally 10 minutes ago. Walked in a man was sitting down with customers and just asked me what I want. Really?? First of all, you should have a better approach and second of all how can you assist two different customers at once. Another man came out the back office with a better approach but I totally didnt want to give my business to them! No matter the race when youre in business dealing with the public,you should give everyone the UP MOST SAME RESPECT!!!! First impression is everything! I will spread the word about my experience!

Stay away from this place. I purchased a vehicle and three days later found out the car had a bad transmission. The owner and salesman refused to do anything about and stated they knew nothing of the transmission being bad. The mechanic admitted the car had a bad transmission.They care nothing about their customers, they only want your money. Once they get your down-payment they are satisfied no matter what happens to the vehicle.

I was so excited to purchase my much awaited car today and I have been nothing but extremely satisfied through the entire process. The guys a La Reina are absolutely amazing and great to deal with! Such a pleasurable experience. Ive been a repeat customer for many years and will continue to buy from them again indefinitely. I make a 6+ hour drive each time from Florida just to come back to La Reina.

It went very well. I drove two hrs away to get my car from them. They had time to talk to me before i made that drive. They were honest people. And its really hard to find that in used car dealers. I was looking for over a month. And finally found it thru them. At a great price i might add. Thanks for everything you guys.

They sold me a car with half of the dashboard lights missing and a smaller battery than the car needed. I know cars with lower prices have problems, but they sold me hazard right off the bat. It was only until nightfall that I realized my mistake in dealing with them.

Great experience! These guys insured my vehicle was ready to drive with no issues. They listened and was very flexible and they wanted me to have the car. Fresh oil change and garunteed inspection with paperwork provided. I recommend this place.
