Horrible customer service! Called 3 times to ensure the correct part was there, the correct process to obtain the part. They recommended I drive down there to look at the center console and parts I wanted to buy(hour and a half drive). I get there(at 2pm) and the guy says I cant get the part today, that I have to come back another day to pick it up! I wasted a tank of gas to drive there the first time, why would I waste another one?! Get your act straight! When I talked to the guy at the desk he said no, and didnt try to talk to someone else until I got upset. Then the next guy spit out the same garbage! It would take me 10 minutes to pull the part I want and they cant get it?! Dont waste your time with this place, just order off ebay, save yourself the time, gas, and money!

I was given a Price for an engine,Price included tax and extended warranty,a friend of mine went to pay that price for me,when he got there they jacked the price up on the engine and also raised the price of the warranty. I have been ripped of in the past buying a motor from a parts place,wanted to give this place a chance.oh well! Well this is another let down they sent the wrong motor and then wanted to charge me more money.Then the manager said it was my fault.He refused to go the extra mile and to make sure that the customer was satisfied.I would not give this company another look.

i left one star negative feedback after bad experience But now i can say Knox auto parts is 5 stars business let me explain why The manager contacted me and sold me the seats for what we agreed on and the seats are more expensive NOT that only they Delivered them to my house Free of charge Now I can say this business is very honest and when mistake happened they went beyond to make it right you have my business guys Thanks Sam

Was supposed to deliver a part for my daughters truck at 12:45 today and at 8:15 pm she still does not have it. After being told to drive to store which is an hr away to get part and no one there to help. Now she will not her part til monday and her truck is in the shop waiting. Not happy customers at all...first and last time using this company

Never again!!!!! I paid and followed the policy. Paid for my part on Thursday!!! Called back just to make sure that the part will be there Friday!!! The guy i spoke to on the phone said, "Yes, maybe be even earlier!!!" All for me to find out it wont be ready until monday. Now im left paying extra for my car sitting at a shop. Im very Pissed off!!!

Ordered a rim for my 2005 Mercedes and talk to Daniel last Friday on the 7th called back today to see if he could give me a tracking number cuz I didnt get one at that time and he was a very helpful and giving me the tracking number and was told it would be delivered this afternoon Daniel was very helpful , Thank you

I was able to get a brush guard for my Explorer by luck and the cost was amazing. Only cost me $36. I looked it up online, this model goes for $265. I love this place. For high priced replacement parts come here first and see if they have what you need at a great savings.
