I started calling this store at 10:41AM to find out if they carry my sons shoe size for a pair of shoes he wants. Well, its 2:50PM and the phone has been ringing busy every time I call. Really frustrating, Im convinced they have the phone off the hook. After looking at the reviews, I dont know how this place it still open. I will never shop here and I will make sure anyone I know hears about my experience with the lack of customer service. Now, I just want to call just to see if anyone ever DOES answer a phone over there. Update: 2 days later and the phone is still ringing busy.

they helped me out with my return, but I think the manager, a Hispanic woman whom handled my exchange dud it because it was her job but she wasnt friendly, kinda snobbish everybody was around the store talking, wasnt many customers shopping but nobody approached me to see if I needed help looking for an item.. I was just there. poor customer service. thats why theyre giving out free pop corn because they SUCK 1

I love shopping at Sketchers, this location In particular was very helpful. A few months prior I bought a pair of shoes for work and they developed a large tare in the side of one of the shoes. I brought them back without a receipt and they exchanged them out with no questions asked. Great customer service, I will be back again!

I am on my feet for 10-12 hours on my feet at a restaurant everyday and was referred to go here for some nonslip shoes...i went in 5 minutes before closeing and this factor had very helpful employees even when they were wanting to leave...they also have bogo on the shoes

Wide variety of selection. Loved the buy 1 get half off on second.. I had a limited choice when it came to safety composite toe shoes but was spoilt for choice in the sneakers section. Very reason rates. Family has been a skecher user since 5 years now..

For the last two months... Ive been trying to but a couple of pairs of Skechers Shape-Up work shoes in my size (12+). The Orlando store has them... but the Tampa store never does. Why?

The Skechers store is huge. Have received good service and they sometimes have great sales going on. Shoes are fairly stylish and on the inexpensive side.
