I would rate negative stars if it was an option. Very unprofessional employee that is the reason I will no longer return to the store after being a loyal customer. The customer service experience was a nightmare. Barry was loud, intrusive and did not have an understanding of personal space. He did a horrible job of explaining the prices, he see to be content with just writing prices on a post it and expected me to be satisfied taking his word for it. I asked to see some prices and he pulled out a pricing sheet that was $100.00 less than the amounts he was "quoting" me. Avoid going in to this location or at least avoid it when this employee is working.

Very satisfied with my glasses and the customer service. I interacted with three employees during my visit. Each was professional, friendly and knowledgeable of their products, specialized lenses and pricing. From my view, the other customers were also cared for in a friendly, professional manner. With many customers in the store at once, I felt they attended to me and my needs patiently (couldnt make up my mind) while also offering assistance to the others.

They broke or stole my vintage frames. I couldnt get a straight answer from anyone for a month, and then I called twice in one day and they finally said my glasses had been broken and they could not provide me the broken frame. They offered me a free frame from their collection... none could replace my vintage frame. Never again!
