My husband was one of the many victims of losing his glasses to the olmighty ocean! We just randomly chose Eyemart Express located in Myrtle Beach! All within a matter of a few hours he had an eye appointment scheduled and had prescription in hand . DONNA was amazing and so helpful in providing pricing and helping to choose frames etc. Within an hour of ordering the glasss we were receiving texts that they were ready to be picked up. (these were progressive sun glasss). DONNA was so helpful and kind that he ended up ordering two pair of the exact same glasses. (Next time, which I would hope will not happen he will be prepared! Thank you DONNA and everyone at Eyemart Express.

We are in Myrtle Beach on vacation and I lost my glasses in the ocean! I have a terribly high prescription and cant see without my glasses. The ladies at eyemart express were absolutely the best customer service specialists you could hope to have in a situation like this! They helped me every step of the way and made a very stressful ordeal so much calmer. I am so thankful for the employees at eyemart. They went above and beyond to help us and now we can get back to our vacation fun! I told my family about our experience there and they are all planning on finding an eyemart close to our home to go to.

Buyer Beware !!! The advertised progressive price is misleading. You only HAVE ONE OPTION to get the deal. You can only get it by buying the $19 pair of frames. The selection is very limited. Any other frame selection invalidates the discounted price. I opted for a $39 frame. Thinking it would be $20 above the deal it would increase the cost by $40 for the pair. WRONG. It wound up costing close to $200 (with tax) for the pair. The clerk was very nice about it saying it was the company, not her, that set the prices. I did get the glasses the same day and they were just fine.

I want to thank everyone at store #196 in Myrtle Beach SC.... the entire process yesterday was AMAZING.... I was taken care of so nice, Anna is a total JEWEL. I COULDNT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER...I bought 2 pair of glasses, great price (total $148.00) awesome. The card Im holding right now says on it, Right Glasses, Right Price, Right Now .... it truly is the exact truth ... I couldnt believe how fast I had my glasses...I WILL SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN ... I CANT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS STORE, AND THE STAFF. So happy that I went there. Definitely a customer for life !!!!!!

Hello, I recently went to the Myrtle Beach location and it was 1/2 hour before closing. I needed my lenses put into my new frames. I was greeted by Amy, who made me feel right at home. I then had the most pleasant conversation with Erin and Donna, about our grandkids. All the while Christa put in my lenses, with 20 minutes still left before checkout time. I would recommend this establishment because everyone was caring, courteous and paid special attention to detail. Thanks for everything, Tanya S.

Couldnt see out of glasses first time. They made no effort to reimburse. Went back to eye doctor. Tweaked script went back to eyemart and new glasses are poor quality compared to 20 20 eyewear same script glasses. I told them I could still see progressive line and they basically said tough. Deal with it. Horrible quality. Poor customer service. Only a month or two later the glasses are missing a nose piece and I must deal with them again to.orrow.

Love eyemart express! They have the cheapest glasses in town without sacrificing quality. My glasses are never the price they advertise because I need a thinner lense for my strong prescription and I also get an anti-glare coating. Its still worth the price for what I get. Ive never bought a spare because mine have always been more, but its better to get two pairs here over one. I lost mine in the ocean. Glad I had a backup! :)

Bought two pairs of glasses, couldnt see out of one pair, after 4 trips there enough was enough, take the back and credit my card, after spending $405.00 for the two pairs they were going to credit my account $1.65, with that they got BOTH pairs back and my refund was $405.00. They do have what appears to be good prices but their product is CRAP and customer service really sucks, you get what you pay for.

Had a bit of an emergency today. Unable to find my glasses, and leave to go out of the country on Wednesday am. I work nights and know everyone is closed for Memorial Day Monday. I was able to get my rx faxed to them and was in and out with brand new affordable glasses on my face in less than 40min from start to finish! So thankful they were there during my time of need! Great job today ladies!

My son lost his glasses in the ocean. He has a very high prescription (-12), but Eyemart Express was able to make his glasses in a little over an hour. They ended up being cheaper than the normal optical shop we go to through our insurance. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They saved our vacation!

On vacation and lost my glasses. Called at 915 and they had availability at 10 for an exam. We left by 1130 with a new prescription and 2 new glasses. Everyone was super friendly and very aware of us wanting to get on our way and continue our vacation. Thanks for the service!
