We just bought a new home and were replacing all of the kitchen appliances. I had gone to Costco, Sears, Martins, JCPENNY, Home Depot and Lowes. I was pretty set on buying from Sears or Home Depot as I was getting tired of researching all the different options everywhere. I was driving by the mall when I saw LHBRUBAKER. I went in just to browse 1 last time and was met by a friendly salesman named Tony. He asked if he could help and me and I kind of cut him off telling him everywhere I had been and the research I had done because I didnt want.to hear another speal. Once he heard what I was interested in he walked me over to the appliances I was interested in and began asking me questions and explaining things I did not consider or knew about the appliances I was looking at. He knew the products very well and was able to explain the features without any queue cards. With in 15 minutes I had a quote and new perspective about what I wanted. After discussing with my wife, I called the next day with cc to make purchase. The service installers Ken & Colin were very professional during the install. They were very conscientious about moving the new and old appliances in and out without any damage. Gave us good recommendations and information on our new products. Oh did I mention they were 2k cheaper than Costco installed! I shared my experience with 2 couples who were in Costco looking at the same set. I highly recommend this company. Its very hard to find companies that offer a good experience without making you feel like your just another number or you are bothering them because you want to buy something. Many companies could learn good customer service from this operation.

Bought blue star stove. Paid cash. Waited 1 1/2 wks for delivery. The delivery guys came to my door. NO STOVE. The electrical work we paid to have done for the vent was incorrect. Service manager spoke to my handyman. The handyman said he found the mans instructions questionable, but did what he was told. It was wrong. Had to have it redone. They blamed handy man We were hoping that they would slip us in, at the top of the que, since this had gone on for 3 wks. No that was not done. Waited again Big day is here. Stove is delivered. We cant wait. Gas pipe has to be moved. On wrong side of stove. New product for this store. They did not know product. The stove is closed in the back. Cut out for gas and electric located in the back corner of stove. Service people did not know that bit of info. Had gas pipe moved and the gas guy connected and tested stove for us. Electronic starter would not shut off, we called for service. Electric outlet at fault. Service man said no worries, warranty service call. We got a bill today for 87.00. I will neverfo business here again.

On Thursday May the 11th my wife,s new washer arrived.Kyle and Andrew waited for me for @ 50 minutes in their truck. I had gone to a hardware store picking up a floor roller. After rolling the floor I realized I had left my phone in the car. A habit to be sure,and I had 3 missed calls. Brubakers answered my call saying that they should still be there as I saw them for the 1st time out my front window.they proceeded to wheel the washer straight up a hill install and give me a tutorial on use.They answered all questions and were even very friendly to our crazy cat. Our washer had quit on us 6 days before. The helpful friendly experience from buying through installing will make me a repeat customer. To Brubakers , Gary at sales, Kyle and Andrew thank you. Can any of the husbands out there imagine what would have happened had I not gotten the washer? And three days before Mothers Day. If you can then give me a big hell yes

My husband and I just built a brand new home. It was a wonderful experience EXCEPT for dealing with LH Brubaker. I was quoted a price for all of my appliances. I was then informed 6 months later that I owed them money because the salesperson misquoted me. Our refrigerator did not work. The light above my range still does not work. Calling them or emailing them is useless. They simply dont respond. I will never shop there again. It was a horrible experience.

This was the best buying experience ever! I do my homework when purchasing anything and buy on quality and features not price. The entire staff was great! not Pushy, very knowledgeable of each appliance and feature, and provided a very relaxed & fun atmosphere. My salesman Gary was great and helped me get the product that fit my needs. He knew the features on the items I was interested in and helped me chose exactly what I needed! This is a great place to shop.

Just completed a new home and worked with LH Brubaker on the appliances. The design and building process was pretty drawn out. Lots of trips to LH Brubaker to look at appliance options. Quote. Change options or items. Re-Quote. Our salesman, Josh, was knowledgeable and patient. Our experience was very good. We just moved into our home last week so well see what happens with the appliances themselves now. So far all is as expected or better.

Purchased a new refrigerator in January and had an excellent experience. They came out quickly for the install, got rid of our old fridge, and really did a fantastic job with the new one. They had to run a new water line for the ice maker which they figured out and just did on the spot. The install guy was great and left our kitchen floor cleaner then he found it. Great experience - will definitely shop here again.

I had an excellent experience with LH Brubaker, from the conversation with Kathy in sales, to the delivery and install with Mark and Craig. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They all worked with my time frame and seemed very pleased to help in any way possible. I was purchasing for my company, but will definately call LH Brubaker for my home appliances as well.

Wonderful experience with LHBrubaker!. We purchased a refrigerator from Gary at Park City. He was honest, patient and not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Andy and Kyle delivered our new fridge today. They were both friendly, courteous and extremely careful taking out our old and bringing in and installing our new.

Hate is a strong word. We went there and bought a higher end Samsung dishwasher. The only issue is the dishwasher does not get the dishes clean. After 2 service appointments and many phone calls they will not take it back. We end up hand washing dishes after every load.

Just purchased a new refrigerator from Peter at LH Brubaker. Peter was great to work with and when delivery came, Andrew and Kyle Siri careful and thorough job of installing the refrigerators and hooking up the icemaker connection.
