I would give zero stars if possible. We recently moved to the area and this is the company that our Landlord called to have our stove repaired. A repair man came out a week later ( I find it hard to believe that they are that busy) to repair the stove, was told the stove is very old, and the parts would need to be ordered and would be in in two days. NOBODY CALLS EVER, NOBODY RETURNS PHONE CALLS!! Its now been a MONTH! The parts came in a few days ago, nobody seems to know what is going on, or when the repair will be scheduled or even who will do the repair. This is the most disorganized company have ever seen, how in the world they even stay in business is beyond me! My husband and I have had to call EVERY DAY only to be told that someone will call us back and NOBODY DOES! This has gotten beyond ridiculous! If this process hadnt gone on this long I would take the business elsewhere! Save your time, energy, money and sanity by choosing a company that actually knows the definition of Customer Service!

Company offers an array of appliances but they do not stand by warranties. When appliances malfunction service department challenge warranties and give estimate for repair. Customer must be firm and have warranty in hand when service comes. I would never buy another product form this company for this reason. We supported this local business but they unfortunately have not held up their end. This is not the only store in town. Also, If you choose to buy appliances, check internet for rebates and make sure YOU apply for them.

3 months ago a service tech came to look at our dishwasher. He had to order a part. Here we are 3 months later and nobody has called us to update us. Ive called and noblett says they are behind. 3 months behind? I would NOT recommend them at all!

Best place around for appliances. If they dont have it, they will get it. Anything from GE to Wolf/SubZero. The gas service, whether it be for a grill or whole house heating, they cant be beat! Best and most knowledgeable employees around.
