I contacted appliance medics regarding a problem with my front loader washing machine. I spoke with the owner about my problem. Prior to any visit to my home or charges, the owner communicated with me and tried to diagnose the problem. After a few text message communications, we were able to diagnose the problem and determine the best game plan. We discussed the costs associated with the problem and determined it would be cheaper to purchase a new machine rather than fixing the problem. He even recommended a few models that he believes are the best for the price. Overall, I will always contact appliance medics for any problem I encounter in the future. He saved me money and time. Rather than coming out to my home and charging me to diagnose the problem (as other companies do) they were willing to save me time and money by proving me assistance with my problem.

So knowledgeable and helpful!!! I called because I am looking to buy a new washer and dryer. Although, Appliance Medics doesnt sell them I was given so much help on deciding a long lasting and affordable machine. They could have recommended a brand thats known for expensive repairs (knowing that I would need their help soon after the purchase) but they didnt! Genuinely looking out for their (future) customers! After we spoke I researched all of the recommendations they gave me and everything was true!! They know their stuff!! Ive saved their number so that when the time comes that I do eventually need a repair Ill be calling back!

Called/emailed late Saturday afternoon, Joe emailed me back with an honest approach to a last minute Sunday call. Followed up first thing Sunday morning and Steve (great technician) came out diagnosed, educated, and replaced the heating element in my dryer.
