I was in the market for a new 65" 4k tv. After shopping around i decided to choose a local store as opposed to the big box option. I try to support local options. My sales person was very nice and efficient They delivered and placed the tv. That was the end. I noticed an issue wanted to return it and before i knew it i was in samsung hades. My sales men asked the owner what can they do she said it was in samsungs hands. I an now on my second panel from samsung being jerked around. I am 76 limited physically having recently had a stroke. If i bought at the bb big box i t would have been returned and i would have something that worked properly. Needless i would be very cautious buying anything from morrissey or id be very cautious about samsungs 9000 series of led tv. My issue still exists.

We have bought several appliances from them now and just had a refri delivered. Prices are great, service techs knew what they were during, They were careful when bring in the new one and removing the old one. They have not sterred us wrong yet.
