I wanted to share my experience of working with Raymond Lee Jewelers. Sales associate Brandy Senn truly went above and beyond in helping me find the right engagement ring. I already knew the designer setting that I wanted, prior to coming into the shop. Brandy was patient, attentive and understanding of my needs. She provided the necessary guidance and expertise to help me select the best diamond to pair with my choice of Verragio setting. I gave Brandy my criteria and budget that I wanted to stay within. From there she helped by selecting several GIA certified stones that she had specially delivered to her store. The final result... a beautiful stone that far exceeded my expectations and stayed within my budget. She was never pushy or suggestive of anything that didnt fit my needs or budget. It was nice to have a young professional womans opinion on this purchase decision and she was there to help every step of the way. I feel confident that I got great value on my purchase and I had a very positive experience purchasing through Brandy. I would highly recommend going in and asking to see her if you are looking for any form of jewelry. Thank you for your help Brandy and I look forward to working with you in the future!

This store is great! I wanted to buy a really nice watch for my son’s anniversary. I searched the entire range and I came across a really nice Rolex watch. They told me that if I want they can engrave a message under it to make it even more distinct. They are very experienced and seem to know exactly what you are looking for. In two days they called me to pick up my son’s gift. My son was simply amazed when he saw the watch he liked it at first sight! I am more than happy with the service I received from Raymond Lee Jewelers and I have already recommended them to family and friends.

I went in to Raymond Lee because I saw an ad for a $159 Rolex overhaul. The staff were very nice and helpful. While I was there I found so many things I loved at really good prices. They have the largest selection of estate jewelry, diamonds and watches I have ever seen. They even took in my old jewelry I didnt want anymore. I know some people would give me very little for my jewelry so I ask a few other stores just to make sure and Raymond Lee did the best. Go take a look. I love these guys.

I called in to ask about resizing a ring and possibly cleaning a particular gem stone. I was shocked to get back this answer, "uhh... Weve been open for 33 years... So yeah.. I think we know what we are doing." Entirely unprofessional. I dont care how good you are, I will not do business with someone that cant respect their customers. Even first time customers. It was snobbish and nasty. Taking my business elsewhere.

I recently went into Raymond Lee Jewelers with the intent of selling my gold, but instead I came out with a new watch that I bought for myself. Besides the fantastic prices they offer for gold and other used jewelry, they also have great prices for their inventory. Overall, the store has a welcoming atmosphere: the staff is friendly and helpful, and their large selection of jewelry draws much of your attention!

Joyce not only went out of her way to make me feel comfortable but took her time answering any questions I had and made the buying experience feel more like a friendship than a business transaction. Theyre very reputable for having been around for over 25 years in South Florida and they have the best selection of jewelry. We went to Raymond Lee to reset my engagement diamond. They found me a stunning setting and I couldnt be happier. They really listened to me and before too long, found the perfect ring at a nice price. Even better, they set my diamond into the new setting while I waited. The service and atmosphere is wonderful. This is my ex husbands business and although we are no longer married my significant other and I buy and sell jewelry at Raymond Lee all the time. They have a good selection of preowned watches, tons of engagement rings ( Ive upgraded 3 times with them) and tons of estate jewelry. Highly recommended even from an ex wife lol.

The best! I had my Swiss watch repaired in minutes. I went to Raymond Lee for a second opinion, as another local Swiss Watch repair told me the repair would be $500+. Raymond Lees fixed my watch in 10 minutes for $35. I highly recommend them! Honest and quick. And what beautiful jewelry in their store.

Wonderful store! They are very nice people and they have so much to choose from...I think I spent about 20 minutes just taking it all in. I finally decided on a white gold diamond bracelet. Its not for everyday wear (more like a fancy date night) but all the sparkle really catches your eye and I love it!

The Raymond Lee Jewelers I experienced was nothing like any of these reviews. The young blonde "clerk" was not friendly or helpful but rather dismissive and abrupt. Im sure that I am not the only person to feel this way. By the way, the store was empty ...nothing like the pictures in their ad.
