While I had a great buying experience at the store, the furniture itself is of extremely poor quality. Whats so surprising about this whole ordeal, is that the company has literally no product warranty and does not attempt to fix or replace product defects. I have had this sofa for less than a month and there are two places where the padding underneath the leather is bunching up, causing the front of the sofa to look like its sagging. On top of this, when I moved the sofa to hang a picture in the living room, I noticed a hole in the leather on the left side of the couch! I contacted customer service and was told there is no warranty period and company will not standby its product. This is a horrible way to do business. BUYER BEWARE...@modanifurniture looks nice, but the quality is AWFUL!!!

Great modern selection but one of the desk people lady was acting like she never seen kids before. She was extrmly rude and showing her negative attitude towards my 2 little kids . Lost a 12000$ customer . All of the display is for show and consumers to feel sit lay play and experience before spending a large price , but we didnt get that chance at this location .

Bought a nice leather sectional 2 years ago and the leather started flaking on the chase side. Called Modani customer service and they just told me that there is nothing they could do. I would have paid to have it fixed but they didnt offer a solution or anything. I am stuck wth a couch that I paid $2000 for but cant put in my new house because its flaking.

Libby was sweet. The first time I visited to get an idea of what I wanted she priced everything out and gave me print out. When I was ready to purchase I went into the store today and she was very helpful and patient as I was choosing my items. Always had a smile and even remembered I had just purchased my condo.

What a beautiful place. The furniture is crafted beautifully and the quality is expectional for the price!! Moved into a new home and bought every piece of furniture from Modani. The service was always great, Libby was extremely helpful. Overall, wonderful experience shopping here.

This is the best modern furniture store ever! The style is ten times above the price. Other places are completely overpriced. The service is amazing! We love Libby! She remembers our name every time and acts like our own personal shopping assistant! We come back again and again!

Reasonable priced accessories. Just disappointed that I was told my item was on back order AFTER they took my money! So I have to wait :( ..usually places such as Bloomingdales and Zgallerie will tell you in advance.
