Is there really a way to describe a ridiculous experience like the one I just had? I pulled up in front of this shop with cash in hand ready to spend a nice amount of money. Im connected to a large group of motorcyclists. It was 9:51 am and the shop says it opened at 10. I jumped out of the car just to do a little window-shopping when all of a sudden Cooter and the Gang came ambling up with their big gulps in hand. The big boy of the group decides to tell me and in a very non welcoming way that "were not open yet. We open at 10." and oh by the way "parking is over there". I was parked in front of their shop. Im not generally one to be quiet or have nothing to say but I wasnt sure that I even heard the guy right, so in shock i asked him to repeat what he said. Everyone fell silent except for one poor guy who managed to stammer out, " we are not open yet." Any morons who turn away business that is literally knocking on their door five to ten minutes before they even opened is too suspect for me to even consider spending one penny. Im a pretty fair guy, and I know that sometimes you just catch a business at the wrong time for the wrong employee happened to say the wrong thing, but I wouldnt send anyone here. Ever. In business, you get one shot to make an impression. They sure made it: ill mannered country boys who have no business sense, or maybe enough business to not care about getting mine.

Absolutely wonderful parts department. I havent purchased a motorcycle from MHKS yet, but if their sales team is anything like the parts team, I will be. (Hint hint 2017 Fireblade) It doesnt matter who I speak to on the phone or who I work with at the counter, the parts department is knowledgeable, super friendly, and always ready with my parts order before I get there. GREAT communication between coworkers. On more than one occasion theyve gone above and beyond to help me track down some of the most random parts on even more random bikes, with little more than abstract descriptions of the part and a rough idea where its located. Their prices are almost as good as RonAyers online, and MHKS get my parts much faster. Their selection of gear in stock is also quite impressive. They are by no means a one-stop-shop for your riding needs, but they are damn competitive with pricing and selection. Im so thankful to finally have a quality Honda/Suzuki dealership, and luckily they are in the same building and a stones throw from my house. Keep on rocking, MHKS!!!

Three experiences so far with Manassas HKS: the first, an off the bike tire change that was very affordable and done well. The second, a shopping experience sizing a new helmet for my girlfriend. Although we didnt end up buying, the person assisting us was patient, walked us through the different options and sizes, and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. The third, I bought a new pair of gloves that turned out to be too small (yes, I did try them on in the store first). When I brought them back, the counter man asked if theyd been worn after thoroughly checking them over. Even though I answered yes (1 hr ride), he said I could exchange them 1:1 for the next larger size. I appreciated that he was flexible enough to determine that there was no noticeable wear on them and offer me the exchange. He did emphasize that that is not normal policy though, so Im not sure what success anyone else will have in the future. But I appreciate their customer service and will likely return.

I purchased my 2009 CHF50 back in May and have been very happy with it. The bike retailed for $400 more than I paid for it. The financing company had some trouble because I had pre-registered online for a different bike, but even though it took a couple hours to get the mess sorted out, the salesman (Rick) stayed with me the entire time and was very apologetic. I have received two follow-up calls from Rick to make sure I was happy with the bike and not having any problems. While I waited, I saw a jerk walk in and announce to nobody in particular that he had "$13,000" to spend and was thinking about buying a Harley. He and his friend walked around for a few minutes, looked at a couple of bikes. My salesman got up to go and find another salesman, but before he could return (Im talking less than five minutes) the other customer stated that "well, heres $13,000 walking out the door" and he left.

Worse dealership around, the parts department is completely unprofessional and incompetent. I asked on the phone i needed a small generic part. they said they have plenty in stock. I drive all the way over since they were the only ones that confirmed from a list of dealerships i called...only to be told after rechecking, they dont have it. The manager comes out and tells me i must have understood, but the parts guys knew they screwed up. Funny how the guy when approached face to face was eager to run back to get the part, only to cover up his mess trying to blame the customer. Shady business indeed. Any business who screws up like that and wont even make an effort to correct things is not a good business at all. Complete mess over there, will never go back and will tell the local riders to stay away.

This place is a joke and a rip off DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I bough atv tires online i took just my rims and tires up to get mounted. They wanted to charge me $190.00 for just 2 tires to be mounted i go across the road to Pepboys they charged me only $10.00 for both lol saved me $180.00. Then i called them a few weeks later i needed a tool to adjust the air on my carb. They said its $79.99 for this little D shaped tool. I called up to MFI in Woodbridge they had the exact same tool for $19.99 lol they also tell me to bring my bike in they would adjust it for free, i asked manassas if they would they said they would have to charge me an hour for labor which is $95.00. i got it done in Woodbridge MFI for free. MANASSAS HONDA KAWASAKI AND SUZUKI IS A JOKE AND WILL NEVER GET ANYMORE BUISNESS FROM ME

I have been to this shop with all my motorcycles at every maintenance interval and for aftermarket parts installations as well. I cant say enough about how honest, skilled, and accommodating the service department staff are. They are top notch and will always steer you in the right direction instead of try to make a quick buck off of you. Their work has always been impeccable. Theyre not careless and they dont take shortcuts. I have also taken several friends to them for service who have also had great experiences similar to mine. I have tried other shops in the NOVA area long ago, but theres a reason I now drive past Falls Church and Woodbridge to get to Manassas so I can have people that I can actually trust work on my bike.

Unfortunately, I agree with Tozo. Came in one day to look at bikes. Was looking around for anyone that could help me. No one seemed to care. Two employees were at their desks talking on the phone. Didnt stick around because I had to go back to work. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and came back the next day. Same thing. I felt like I was interrupting when I came over and asked the guy on the desk for help. When the sales guy finally came over to help, he looked like he was doing ME a favor by coming over. He rudely asked me what I needed. Didnt care to stick around afterwards. Their loss. I was ready to spend $10,000 on a bike. These guys are doing a disservice to the stellar reputation that Honda has.
