The staff at Petco are knowledgeable, polite, helpful and fun to be around! I dont mind coming back to shop! If theres an item thats not available, they will go out of their way to get it. If you need information, the someone will find the answer. This Petco is large enough to have a grooming and training area. I was fortunate to witness pets being adopted on Adoption Day; while the veterinarians were performing their services to help customers pets with all kinds of treatments! I do understand why this Petco doesnt have a kennel and thats due to not enough space at that facility; other than that, this Petco deserves 5 stars!

First time in with my wife; horrible experience made myself available for an appointment (1 week ago) - during my visit they informed me of the requirements needed in order to see my dog (instead of making all this request available before hand!) manager was even worse with no type of professionalism or so ever... not even willing to accept other methods of accommodation to help us due to our schedule challenges... they made all possible excuses on the book not to see my puppy... ended up no doing anything and wasting time during business hours.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, my father went to ask for help and the lady that worked there screamed at him "I have customers" which is absolutely absurd, cause hes a customer too, she couldve handled that a different way, maybe say "give me a minute" or something along those lines, there was no need to be rude, we were planning to buy something but instantly left after that. That person ruined the experience of shopping there. She needs to treat all customers equally good. I wont be going to that petco again.

This is the WORST Petco I have ever been to. The customer service is crap, IF you get an employee. They leave their large overstock carts out, making the aisles smaller and violating multiple health codes. All of their fish are either dead or close to it. As a recently former Petco employee (for three years) this is NOT A WAY TO RUN A STORE. I would only ever go here for emergencies. Other than that STAY AWAY. SHOP ONLINE IT IS CHEAPER ANYWAY!!!

horrible and worst customer service ever. I live in the area and they never have accommodations for dogs owners who are employed. I will never take my dog back over there for grooming. This staff needs more customer services skills and more flexible schedule for employed customer who request an appointment after 5pm. And if they do it has to be on the day they prefer. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Pretty decent sized. Had a variety of pet food and supply options. A little messy but it is a big chain store. They sell small fish, birds, and small lizards. Typical chain. They do have a dog treat salad bar type of thing in the front of the store. They offer grooming but never used that feature. They do have star wars dog bedding and clothing just FYI.

Grooming Department: My favorite groomer is Johanna. She is really great with the puppies and does a wonderful job. Overall the store is very clean and well taken care of. They are very helpful and really gives every customer services with a smile. Highly recommended this place!!!!! The best staff ever!!!!! Very friendly and professional!!!!!!

The PETCO.employees pretty much rate awful for customer service all.around but the Animal Rescue group (inky Blue Companion Animal Rescue)/is excellent. Healthy, sweet cats, the group volunteers and the preasident of the group is terrific. Very GOOD customer.service. adopted two cats from them and very happy.

Horrible. No one answers the phone ever. You have a mild chance of phone being answered when you ask to get connected to customer service. But for grooming...? They never answer. Its ridiculous. Why even bother having the option to get connected to grooming if they never answer. Stick to downtown Petcos.

This place is horrible not one associate ask me if I needed help. The staff Is horrible they are always joking around or tasking. You ask them a question and they have no product knowledge. Took my dog to grooming and they were horrible, super rude and careless. Will never go back to this location!

"I will never take my dog back over there for grooming." My poor lulu was sooooo scared after i pick her up and her behavior totally changed. I took her to another groomer and when i pick her up she was happy to see me. Like i said i will never take my pet there again

I came in here just to purchase goldfish and two filters. The youngman that was alone helped me. He was fast and efficient. I think he had good customer service skills. In addition he was informative as far as referring which products would be more useful.

This petco is the best, it might be small but it has a great staff. They answered every question I had and has all the necessities every pet needs. I also liked the dog trainers there, they taught my dog new helpful tricks in case of an emergency

I cannot thank enough the nice young man who gave me the pumpkin puree packet this past Sunday for my beloved cat. Its solved the stomach problem hes been suffering for quite a while. Give that man a raise! God bless.

Horrible cut!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my poodle mix for a trim and the cut all his fur off. They only left hair on his face making him look like a lion. Avoid at all costs!

They sold me a plant for my aquarium that contained snails, my tank became infested and I had to go buy a fish that eats snails. Never coming back to this location.
