Will never take my dog for grooming here again. I love the store itself and gt food from them, but something is wrong with the grooming area. We used Petco grooming in Colorado and recently moved here. This location was MUCH more expensive than our old one! After using the Hanbury Road Petco grooming, my dog was not himself. He was depressed and withdrawn and started having "accidents" in the house. We took him to the vet to see if there was an infection, but nothing was found. It took a few weeks and lots of working with him, but hes finally back to normal. I dont know what happened, but I wont put him through it again.

We just completed our Puppy1 training class with Jessica. She has been incredibly helpful in our training of our high energy Chocolate Lab puppy. Even when we are just shopping she stops us to inquire about how our training is coming along. She has been so helpful that we just signed up for the Puppy 2 class with her as well. Additionally all of the staff there are very polite and helpful making every trip there very enjoyable. We highly recommend this Petco for all your pets needs

This is one of my favorite pet stores. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. They let you hold any animal and even bring your own to see if a new friend would come along. There is a good selection of food for dogs, cats and small animals as well as many accessories for those animals. Always like going in there and buying something for my best friend.

Clean and has what you need. It isnt the biggest one, and there arent a lot of pets there, but they have a groomer. It was clean and easy to get to. No vet like the one off Greenbriar.

They are probably the most clean petco store in hampton area. It may be not that big but quality of store and staff is above par.
