They had very fresh produce, great selection, and most of the things I needed were in stock. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I had purchased over $300 worth of groceries and miscellaneous items, and they could not fit all of them back into the same cart with my 2 year old daughter. An associate helped push the other cart out for me, but didnt help unload my cart into my vehicle. We just moved here from Indiana, and everytime Ive asked for help from a Kroger associate in the past, they help push the cart and help me pack my vehicle. Maybe thats not an Ohio thing. I wouldnt normally make a big deal out of it, but Im 10+ weeks pregnant with awful morning sickness all day and night. So the help would have been very appreciated. I dont think this will stop me from shopping here, but Ill make sure to bring my husband next time.

Produce is frequently out of stock or not fresh. Have purchased bread and cheese a few times which ended up being moldy when I got home. They are currently remodeling to sell more home goods which has thrown the entire store into disarray. The store is overrun with clicklist shoppers on most days with their giant carts. It is clear Kroger’s priority is no longer local shoppers. The store manager isn’t interested in your concerns and neither is corporate. If it weren’t the most convenient location for groceries we would never shop here. Sad that just a few years ago this store used to receive compliments from jealous out of town family on how nice and clean it was.

The store itself is huge, is going through a renovation which is odd considering its not too old (whatever floats their boat). That being said its hard to give a good current review. The place is all out of wack, things are moved around. Thank goodness for signs. They have a beautiful deli and bakery, a lot of choices on freshly prepared meals. Since it is a marketplace they offer a large selection of household goods and clothing but I think its better to go to Walmart for stuff like that, unless you want the fuel points.

I am all for charity but time we walk in that store theyre wanting you to give money to some charity they believe it. Rounding up for the food bank okay good one make sense its grocery store . Then MDA. One time it was for a retirement home. What!! We go in two and three times a week because we like things fresh. Not to do charity work or give more money to charity. Understand you do not have to give. If you want to do a charity match dollar for dollar. Or stop asking your customers to him.

Amazing!!! I love the Lewis Center Kroger so much!! I also love the employees Lauren in the bakery and Denise in the deli dept. They are both pure sunshine!! Someone needs to recognize these two ladies from being such shining examples of excellence! <3 them and the store. Great crew. Whoever is hiring these awesome employees should get a raise. (As well as a big raise for Lauren and Denise....BIG RAISE Seriously!)

The ladies who put together the thanksgiving feast where awesome...Had an unexpected death in family and I walked in and they totally took care of me and my family. I think it was a lady named Linda and her mgr. and the Mgr. of Kroger...they were all so wonderful and even offered another Kroger in Mt. Vernon that could help if I called them. Thanks again...Food was wonderdul!

An employee accused my daughter of stealing while my wife and her were shopping. She was struggling to hold items she was getting to bring back to the cart. The employee held her against her will, took her phone from her and scared her to death. Store manager apologized for the employees actions.

I dont know what it going on right now with their reorganization but the store is an incredible mess and every week, things are in a different place. I am about to go back to Giant Eagle, even though they are slightly more expensive, so I dont have to hunt for basic needs like bread and Advil.

Nice selection and incredible atmosphere, but only 4 stars because we came for a rotisserie chicken and they had none on hand at 3:30pm even though they had a sign stating a guarantee for rotisserie chicken between 11a to 7p. And when I asked a question, no one seemed to care. Such a shame.

Extensive wine selections, deli, bakery, sushi made onsite, mini market for ready made lunches or dinners with sitting area, pharmacy, clothing options and clean spacious layout of it all, just a few obvious reasons why this is a great grocery plus kind of store.

Extremely clean and large aisles. The produce section is amazing, but get to the meats section early on Saturday or youll be stuck with the lesser quality cuts. The wine tasting on Fridays is amazing, and youll want to come back on Sundays for the $2 mimosas.

One of the most opulent stores I have ever set foot in. This grocery store has everything! It even sports a furniture section. Almost all the smaller companies under the Kroger umbrella have something in that store. Totally worth at least one visit.

Cant find anything! They have papers as you walk in the doors to help you find products while they remodel, but they dont even match the aisles. Also, half their employees are rude, including the ones picking the food for Clicklist.

Not a family friendly grocery store. They installed a bar so people are getting topsy and then driving home. Not good for a grocery store. Im trying to grocery shop with my kids not take them to a bar. Get it together kroger.

This is a newer concept Krogers. More options, premade meals, Starbucks, and a Jewelers. You can get groceries and a broader range of items. Not to the scale of a meijers or Super Walmart though.

Its a really clean grocery store, the staff are nice and seem to not hate their jobs. Its on par in terms of the items they carry as other stores. The minute clinic inside is convenient as well.

There are several Kroger around my hm but I often hit the one by work in Lewis Center because its a MUCH BETTER store. Always clean, well stocked & the cashiers a re e so friendly.

Its having renovations done, and the employees are always extremely agitated. Other than that, this is a fantastic Kroger and I cant wait to come back when everything is done!

Its a very big Kroger with lots of stuff. They have a jewelry department, clothes and patio furniture. Shop for groceries and pick up back to school clothes all in one trip.

Love this location for their bulk foods and interesting selection of exotic snacks, for instance Kale Chips and flavored Pumpkin seeds. Great bakery and deli.
