Overall Ive had a good experience, except when I first went to pay a bill for my home phone/internet service. I was greeted by a young guy that sold me a 2yr tablet for 15.00 per month. The thing that he didnt tell me was that there was a limit on the data plan, and Im a truck driver so you know what happened. Went back a month later to pay bill and it was over by...225.00 freaking dollars! I just flew off! That was it...And the little guy was on vacation...I called AT&T and told them that they were about to lose a customer of over two years over what I felt was a bogus sale, the salesman didnt tell me that the limit and overages. Anyway they took care of the bill for me, I still wound up paying 145.00!! I still dont think I got the deal, but I got played

I went to this location to ask a question about their new billing system and the way they have structured their payments of phones and the sales rep immediately got defensive as a result of my inquiry. He began talking down to me and talking over me and basically refusing to change the structure of my bill stating that I had to go the original location to have that done. This entire experience has angered me so much that I decided to relinquish my status as a customer with att all together.

When an employee left we wanted to let him take over the number and cancel the service. So they put it on vacation hold. After six months they put starting charging double of what I was paying for the other employees. After being on the phone for over 45 minutes and getting transferred five times I found out that they should have allowed us to pass the account over to that employee and stop paying for a line we were not using.

I really love the atmosphere that manager Amanda and her team bring to the store! Everyone is well trained, polite, and very helpful with anything that I need. Upon my entrance, they are quick to great with a smile and have no problems acknowledging everyone that enters. I would highly recommend AT&T services to anyone I know and particularly the downtown Detroit location!!

The store has a new employee named Terry who hands down is the best representative I have ever dealt and is the only reason I go to this store. He saved me and 7 of my family members thousands of dollars on cell phone bills and cable and Internet bills. Go see him and him only! If hes not there then talk to Ervin because Terry publicly endorses him.

After 20 years of being with At&T, I cant even begin to tell How bad their service has gotten. Just got out of the hospital after 5 days and I cant get a straight answer from these idiots about my account after 3 hours of talking to at least 10 reps and 4 superviors, I still dont have an answer. I am switching over to another carrier today.

This ATT Store has a new store manager and the customer comes first. I would recommend that you go to this store as I ahve seen them save customers hundres of dollars on their monthly bill. They are freindly and knowledgeable. The staff is new but expereinced as well and they truely cared about me.

Overall great experience! I was hesitant about switching providers (From Sprint) but the entire process was quick and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and found the perfect plan for me! The store manager came over to make sure I was satisfied as well.

Ive called three days in a row to speak with the manager (whom Ive been working with)... put on hold, no one every comes back to the phone after holding for at least 5 minutes. Yesterday I held for 10 minutes. Disappointing.

Really I will never go back to the store!!!! The staff is horrible, I had the similar experience as the other reviewer regarding the white bald guy. He gives you a lot of wrong info. and treats you like dirt.
