I have delt with 4 different staff members as they were all professional, courteous, and helpful. Prices are comparable with online sources, give or take a few bucks. I like that I can return items if they dont work as long as I havent used them (come on people lets not be stupid) and get a replacement on the spot. Test products out before you use them...for any similar type of products. I consider them my go to shop the same as I would a trusted mechanic.

This store is unlike other shops where you feel weird walking in and talking to anyone. The store is comfortable and its so nice to have a store in Frisco FINALLY! Not to mention I am a Yankee from back in NYC and had a favorite tshirt store called Yellow Rat Bastard, and Smokin Glassworks has alot of the same brands. Thanks guys..I will be a frequent shopper.

Drove in from New Mexico where the laws are cool but the glass is cheap. I went into this store and could not have been more pleased. The glass was amazing and the prices beat the land of of enchantment by a mile! I bought a magic flight box for the trip back and was as happy as a hippie could be!

Nice shop with no inventory. The two girls that were working there have no clue about glass, and the selection of pieces was almost non existent. Ive had more pieces over the years then this shop has in stock. Not what I would call a glass shop. very small shop.

Best head shop ever! GREAT staff, and I love how theyre all American glass! Hard to find shops with no imported glass now a days. Staff is always friendly and seem to hold priority in customer service. This is my favorite shop in the Dallas area!

was very pleased at the assortment of pipes. Wasn't overbearing with the smell of insence and wasn't bugged by the staff yet they were there for any questions I had. Great place!!!
