Do not buy anything from Adrian. If you do, read every line of anything he puts in front of you and do not allow him to tell you anything that is not in writing. If he says its going to be fine, get it in writing about your specific situation, otherwise he will mislead you and screw you. Terrible Experience. Put money down on an item and the sales rep told me if I changed my mind I could get my money back. Turns out, as we ran into a tight spot with the holidays, we did need the money and could not get it back. They charged us a 10% "restocking fee" (of the total value of the item, nearly 1/3 of what we paid). They also would not give any cash back, only store credit (which was not mentioned at the time of money down). Looks like some sales rep just wanted to make a sale. I can tell you we will not be returning, the people at puff and stuff have better knowledge and more reasonable prices anyhow. I have been in many head shops, and although a cool little shop, your better off with somewhere with honest employees, and more fair pricing. Dont trust these guys, nothing ended up costing us nearly forty dollars. Merry Christmas to you too Retro Revolution.

Retro Revolution is the best shop Ive found since I moved back to Dallas. Id go so far as to say its even better than the ones in Denton and other surrounding areas (Ive visited a lot). While the Gas Pipe is definitely a cultural institution in Dallas and a store I patroned a lot in high school; lets be honest Maple is a bit sketchy at times. Retro has a great location on Greenville just south of Lovers. Low-key, safe, no patrols waiting for you to roll out. What more could you ask for? Reasonable prices all around. From pieces to posters, Retro has an excellent assortment of gifts and other good stuff. They also have a mad decent selection of friz golf gear. Great staff. Great service. Very professional. Greg (the owner or manager Im not sure which) is a cool dude and is always down for a chat. The only drawback is its proximity to the SMU campus which inevitably results in encounters with overly enthusiastic first-timers and frat-daddy douche-bags that have no respect for the unspoken procedures that are inherent to such an establishment. Check it out. You wont be disappointed.

Overpriced, Puff n Stuff has better glass, its cheaper, and their staff is friendlier and easier to work with. The blond manager with glasses was condescending and made me feel stupid when I asked some basic questions about their products. She is the reason I will never go back, and whoever the owner is, they need to get rid of her before she drives anymore customers away. To the person that wrote about getting kicked out for using the "wrong words," that same thing happened to my wife a few months back when she was trying to buy me a piece for a birthday present. I vowed never to go there again, but I made the mistake of giving them another chance. Waste of time... If you want to be talked down to and made to feel stupid, go to Retro. If you want a quality customer experience, go anywhere else.

I went in for the first time with 3 other friends, we were looking at the bumper stickers and I had a tote bag. not even 2 mins later all the employees cornered me and my friends and were just standing there staring at us. it made me feel uncomfortable so i grabbed the sticker i liked and went to check out and i assume it was the manager, came up to me and said a customer said they saw me put something in my bag and wanted to look through it. needless to say i did not have anything. i will never go into that store again and hope they learned a lesson.

Was told by the clerk they have a great selection of everything and how they try to be your one stop shop for everything. Was looking for a source orb tank...was made to wait while he openly trimmed marijuana on the counter (hello, Im with the Dallas police dept) when he finally comes over he says theyre super busy on weekends and sold out..come back Friday. Are you serious? Arrange your shipments correctly? How is it my problem you cant order for your own business? You just lost sales, a customer, and got a bad review.

Rude lady at the register. No respect, not organized and very slow. What a shame, you guys were close to my house, would have been a regular. Bought some stuff a few months ago from here once and the guy that sold it to me was a real employee to represent this place. Professional, respectful and also knows his stuff to give advice about some things youre not sure off. Please she need to know how to talk to customers and respect them. All in all the place is cool, has a bunch of stuff.

Dont get me wrong the people there are nice and nah s*** its appealing. The stuff there looks awesome! But since its "Organic" so Everything costs well a price that could put my wallet in 3 tombstones. Seriously guys I get it, stick it to the man and make your own Merch. But its also called the man makes money because he sells his Merch at REASONABLE prices -__- Please Lower down the expectations and make things reasonably priced. ~My Only Complaint.

This is literally the best smoke shop I have ever been to, and I have been to a few. (note Im not your avarage smoker I like pieces that display art and uniqueness). One of the employees(one with glasses) really took care of me, let me water test pieces I was interested in and was very knowledgeable on the products they have. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

Its a very laid back shop everyone in there is very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Staff is very outgoing and likes to actually talk to people. I have been to other shops were the staff just sits behind a counter and then you have to go get their attention when you need help across the store. Great products, great clothes, great staff, and great service! Keep it up.

a lot of people talk about how it is a great head shop, but i went into there today and found the cutest bag. they have clothing, jewelry, accesories, and i also found a really cool tapestry. retro revolution has really bohemian stuff that is definitely in style. not only is it a great head shop, but there is cute stuff.

Retro is a quality shop. The people that work there are all very knowledgeable and willing to help you with all your Retro needs. They have a great selection of clothing and other head shopesque items. You should go at least once so you know whats there... Or twice for that matter because they have two locations.

This place is so awesome! I came here to look around and get a gift for my wife and they were very helpful and friendly. They gave me many good gift ideas and I ended up buying something so cool, my wife will love it. Really cool place with really cool stuff and really cool staff. Im a customer for life.

I bought something with the tag that said $1.99, they rung it up as $7.99 and when I looked at the receipt and told them the issue they said it shouldnt have been $1.99 and refused to give me a refund or even exchange it for something that was actually $7.99. Never going back again
