This review shows my wifes name and I dont know why or how to change it but it is from me -Johnny Pappas. We moved to Honey Brook from Northern Virginia (near Washington DC) a year ago. We own a Toyota Tacoma truck that went in for an airbag recall in 2012. The Northern Virginia dealership fixed the spiral cable in the steering column which came disconnected. Last year, the dash warning bag light came on and went off intermittently for about eight months. About a month ago, it came on and didnt go off prompting me to take it to Dell Toyota in Thorndale. Since we were new to the area- this was the first dealership I googled. We left the truck there having them charge $111.00 for a diagnostic check for the airbag warning light. After two hours, an adviser called me and told me someone cut one of the airbag sensor wires when driving lights were added onto the bullbar on the front bumper which short circuited the airbag system. He told me they would have to replace the total wiring harness for $3300! First of all, the driving lights were installed by me three years ago, and no way did I cut any wires and if I did -the airbag warning light would have come on immediately. Sensing a scam, I googled area Toyota dealerships and came up with New Holland. We took the truck to them and got a call after an hour that the driver side airbag sensor was bad and that it would cost $265.00 to replace it. They recommended the passenger side be replaced too but wasnt necessary. I had them replace both for $400. Had I fallen for Dells pitch, we would have been out of $3300. We also had Dell diagnose a non working A/C unit and didnt trust them with an honest diagnosis so took it to New Holland and they put on a Schrader valve which fixed it. Fred Gordner is an excellent service adviser who bends over backwards to make sure you get your vehicle in even if you dont have a prior appointment and gets back to you in an expeditious manner. He is a great asset to New Holland. John Thomas, the service manager oversees the service department and does whatever it takes to assure customer satisfaction. No wonder New Holland gets high ratings and wins numerous awards. I am even bringing our Chevrolet there although they specialize in Toyotas, Fords and Mopar. And my Chevrolet dealer is only eight minutes away as compared to twenty -five minutes for New Holland. Thats because we trust New Holland more and they are cheaper than the Chevrolet dealership with better service. Thanks New Holland for making repairs to our cars a very pleasant experience!

My family and I have been dealing with The New Holland Group for many years and until my latest visit to the Toyota showroom we have had no complaints. The sales department has always been fair and the service department is great. The other day I decided to visit the showroom with the intention of purchasing a new Tacoma and was met by a very pleasant gentleman introducing himself as the sales manager. At the point I proceeded to explain to him what I was interested in and explained to him that my 2006 Tacoma was waiting for a new frame due to a recent recall. He assured me that this would have little effect on the value of my trade. He proceeded to introduce me to one of his salesman and we determined which model I would be interested in. Now it was time for price negotiation. The salesman had a brief discussion with the trade buyer and came back with some very disturbing news. They could only offer me half of the Kelly Blue Book trade value due to the fact that my new frame would not be installed for at least 9 months and they could not resell it until that time. At this point he called the sales manager to his desk to discuss this issue. The sales manager now informs me that not only can he not give me what my truck is worth but that legally I can not sell the truck nor will I me able to get it inspected when it is due 4 months from now. This is not what I needed to hear. At this point I am left with no choice but to wait for a new Frame and possibly not be able to drive it after February. I can assure you that I will not be trading my truck to New Holland Toyota or any other Toyota dealership. I am finished with this company!

When I began my relationship with New Holland Toyota, I was literally in a very precarious position. My 15 year old van was sitting along New Holland Pike about 8 miles away. It died as I was on my way to the dealership and I needed a vehicle quick. They held all the cards because I was in a desperate situation. My sales associate (Matt Houston) discussed my options--leasing vs buying--and we worked out an incredibly fair deal that afternoon while AAA towed my van into the lot. How embarrassing, yet, I even got some trade-in value for the van and, at that first meeting, they got a thankful and loyal customer for life. I leased a 2014 Rav4 for two years and now that the term has come to an end late in 2016, I bought the Rav4 outright, along with a service agreement up to 45,000 miles. Im going to keep trekking from Lancaster to New Holland for my service because the service team has been friendly, informative and courteous throughout the past two years. Both the sales staff, the financial folks and the service team have made this a great experience for me. Again, they could have taken advantage of my desperate situation when my older vehicle died, but they didnt. They helped me meet my budget and outfitted me in a brand spanking new Rav4 with a financial agreement that worked well for me. Id highly recommend anyone in the market for a Toyota to make a stop at New Holland Toyota. Its definitely worth the trip!

I spent 6 mos looking for my dream car, a 2002 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4WD, and was lucky enough to find one listed on AutoTrader at New Holland Auto Group. Dan Strete, the sales consultant, could not have been better. From the first contact until after I purchased the car, Dan was attentive, available, professional, and personable. Being out-of-state, I had a litany of questions and requests, and Dan provided everything necessary in a timely manner. I received almost 60 pictures of the car including the engine bay as it was being improved - as well, Dan ensured that the body shop on site was able to touch-up several scuffs and detail the car to showroom condition; quite significant, given that the car is 14 years old. I live in Chicago and planned to fly in to purchase the car - Dan picked me up from the airport and spent the entire morning test-driving, completing an inspection with a third-party mechanic, and ensuring everything was taken care of. Even though I live 700 mi away, I would happily fly in to purchase another car from Dan Strete and New Holland Auto Group. I cant thank or recommend them highly enough, truly worth the drive.

Went to Toyota of New Holland on the chance that they could work a deal with me trading in my Chevy P/U on a new Tundra. I walked away in a Tundra Crew Max and love it. From first requesting an e-price to entering the dealership, I had a wonderful experience. Mike Bargmann was my sales associate. Mike answered all my questions took the time to show me through Service, Parts, and detail shop. Bo Lehman General Sales Manager, and Jeff Dietrich Sales Manager were great. I couldnt have had a better experience, and never have at any dealership. The You Auto Know program is a wonderful program also. I had such a great experience I took my girlfriend there and she purchased a new Camry XLE, and 2 weeks later we took her daughter and she purchased a new 2013 Corolla Sport on Black Friday. You cant ask for any better deals. I went to several other Toyota dealers and no one; I mean NO ONE beat the deal that Mr. Classs team of sales professionals put together for us. Denny Broadwater helped with the Corolla deal and he too was excellent and knowledgeable in every aspect. With Mike and Denny as sales associates Toyota of New Holland cant be beat.
