My wife and I purchased a truck from the auto connection back in 2005. I had made every payment to keep this car, as at the time this was my only mode of transportation for work. One morning I was driving to work on the interstate, and the truck died. Luckily, I was near an exit, and rolled off the interstate. The truck died at the foot of the exit. I immediately called my wife to come get me, and called the auto connection afterward. They never offered to send a tow truck, yet they expected me to tow it to their "shop" to look at/fix. Since I was still paying them a note, I towed the truck to their "shop". They tell me they would check it out and they would call us to let us know whats wrong with the truck. I didnt hear anything back from them that day, so I called them first thing next morning. It turns out, the fuel pump was bad, and they "offered" to fix it for $1,100.00. They even "offered" to work the overpriced repair into my car note. Obviously I refused, and told them I was coming with a tow to get the truck. They told me my truck was in the repo lot, why I do not know. I had paid every payment on the truck since I purchased it, never late. As a matter of fact, I had just paid my note 4 days prior to the truck breaking down. Not knowing what to do, I went down to the repo yard to try to get my truck back. They, nor the auto connection would tell me why they repod my truck. Till this day, I still dont know why. Eight years, and 3 months later, I get a subpoena for court. They had the nerve to sue me. I showed up at the court 15 mins late due to traffic, and the judge ruled against me. The judge probably knows the people representing the auto connection by first name. To make matters worse, they sued me for the entire amount. What happened to the thousands I already paid on the truck? I had to wind up filing bankruptcy because of these crooks and their poor people scams. This situation has disgusted me to the point I will never finance a car from a dealer. Every car I have ever owned since then I have bought straight cash from private sellers. The auto connection is a bunch of crooks. They, and other "buy here pay here" dealers are predatory scam artists that take advantage of poor people and people with bad credit who otherwise would not be able to purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealer. I live in Virginia, and we basically do not have public transportation. To work here, having a car is a must. These thieves know it, and they capitalize off of it. They make it so easy to get a car, they know who to target. Theres no telling how many other people they have scammed like this. I bet they even fixed the truck and resold it to some other poor sucker. Buyer beware.

Bought an 04 trailblazer at auto connection on a friday. I checked the vehicle over it was very nice and clean. I did not check if all the lights works because it had a brand bew inspection sticker and the paperwork in the glove box that said everything worked. Well that night my wife noticed i had a tail light out and the next day the check engine light came on so i took it up to them on monday because the service department is closed on weekends. They said the light wasnt getting any power to it they did fix it but i would like to know how a vehicle passes inspection with a tail out. Something like that just doesnt happen over night. They also said they fixed the check engine light that it was a thermostat. Well i left the service department got home and noticed they didnt put the screws back in my tail light. So on my back up there the tail light falls out is hanging by the wiring harness and floppping around beating the hell outta my car chips the paint i have to pull over on the side of the interstate and disconnect it. They had to put a new tail light on it which they pulled off another trailblazer on the lot. Next day my check engine light is back on again so i have to take it back up there again and drop it off so now im without a vehicle for a problem they should have fixed right the first time. Good luck trying to get ahold of service department during the day too its like an act of congress to get them to answer the phone. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I havent even had my car 2 days before i started having problems with it and the service departnent sucks they have no idea what the hell they are doin.

Stay Away.!!! I purchased a 05 Trailblazer from them and within DAYS (3) started with engine problems. Fought with them to have it repaired finnally on day they had it towed the engine was siezed. Less than 130 miles i drove and less than 1 week of ownership. 3 weeks later i keep getting the run around of when it will be repaired everyday that i call they say the motor is just getting pulled but hasnt been touched. Supposed to pick up past couple days but there was an issue or they havent pulle d motor yet ect. Then Barret Tells me that maint Supervisor said he thought i had another car so he wasnt in a rush. What does that have to do with anything. They wont reimburse rental expenses saying its some sort of VA Law which is B.S. So requested my money back or exchange vehicles and they wont even concider it. Barret the service Rep for Michael Wayne Investments is a young guy who trys to talk his way around you and thinks your an idiot. HI Barrett I SEE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes they have high interest rates and salesman are D!cks (Marcus lied about free gas card that he posts all over online just to get you in) as with many to aall used car dealers and yes they will give anyone a car not for advertised 1$ down but 325-up down but they sell you a car that is on EMPTY or close to it no detailing included they cut costs everywhere to pay for that new big building they got. Now this is my experience with this company not opinion so write a negative claim about my experience not being true as someone other than a Auto Connection employee which we know you are!! These are the Facts so buy at your own risk!!

I have paid on a vehicle for 3 and 1/2 yrs. Yes, I had to take an outragios interest rate because of a bankruptsy. This was my choice. However, what I didnt know, if I paid the late fee ( which you have to pay in addition to the payment every 2 weeks) If you want a code, that they stiil take away about 30 dollars per principle, every 2 weeks!!!!! tOTALLY $60!! Outragious and I think illeagel. No one EVER TOLD US THAT! We expected our truck to be paid off this July. Now, we are being told that even tho we made each payment and if we were late, and paid the late fee of $9.97 ( per 2 week period ) the principle was adjusted also!1 SO, the conclusion is this. We paid the late fee, sometimes 2 times amonth @ about $20;00. No mater that , if you have to be late, it is not thier fault , but they penalize you. They have taken aprrox. 27 to 30 $ off each by weekily payment which has prolonged our pay-off date 4 additional months!!!!!!!! Plain and simple.. Robbery! Be very careful as to who tells you what. If you dont know what to ask, how will you know you are a victim ( after all, these ssales man work on commission) untill you read this! Good luck to all of you. WE WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE THERE OR OF COURSE BUY.
