Dont do it... I was totally ripped off. If you dont want to read this whole thing, just trust me and dont shop here. I purchased a vehicle way above market value (the value sheet they showed me was fabricated with almost 10,000 miles less than the vehicle had). Of course, had I noticed this before, I would not have purchased. The salesperson was nice and helpful; however, I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle since I purchased it and the owner is acting like its my fault he sold me a bad car. He tries to make you think he is working with you but he isnt. As soon as I got the vehicle home from purchasing (Friday) I noticed a window switch was broke. I called, and was told to come in first think the next morning (Saturday). I live over an hour away, and made the hike there only to be told that the service department is not open on the weekend and there is nothing they can do. Upon talking with the manager, he says I am going to have to pay to get this fixed EVEN THOUGH HE KNEW ABOUT IT BEFORE I PURCHASED AND DID NOT TELL ME. He said it isnt a safety concern to him so he will not do anything. So basically if youre driving down the highway at 60mph and it starts to rain, its completely safe to reach your arm all the way to the back door to roll up the window... Like I said, I live over an hour away so when my car was being serviced (twice, both with no solution) they gave me a loaner. I purchased an $18,000 vehicle and the loaner they let me use was no where near what I purchased--mind you, the point of purchasing a new vehicle was to upgrade... Just now, I called to take advantage of my $10 oil change. I told them I would already be in the area Monday and could come by at 3:45. Service closes at 5pm and they do not take appointments after 3pm. So basically it is going to take them OVER TWO HOURS to change my oil?!?! Nothing about this dealership is worth it! They totally got one over on a 20 year old female first time car buyer who tried to do something without mommy and daddy for once.

One Stop Auto gets a 0 in my book. The warranty all cars come with which is stressed by the salesman in the buying process is a shame. My car ran for a couple of months. The first time my car broke down was during a shift at work. I had to clock out and I contacted my insurance to tow the car to one stop. When my vehicle arrived at One Stop at my insurances expense, I had to pay my deductible (200) to get my car back two days later. After that my Toyota ran fine for two weeks. At a drive threw my car began to run hot again. One Stop paid the expenses and towed the vehicle back to the dealership. My car then sat on the property for three days. When I called to inquire about my vehicle the service department would not give me an update on my car I was told the mechanic was going to call. The owner Steve could never be reached. On the third day I drove to One Stop Auto in Virginia Beach to find my car in the same spot. Finally I got to speak with the mechanic who told me he could not find the reason why my car was overheating. The mechanic also stated he felt there was no reason to flush my radiator. I then took my car back. Since my problem was not solved I brought my car to firestone. They informed me they couldn’t not perform all the test required to figure out the problem because there was stop leak used in my coolant system. Epoxy was also found as well. Firestone policy is they cannot flush a radiator with stop leak because it can reveal problems they could be liable to fix. I then took my car to the Toyota dealership in Newport News where my radiator was flushed and the problem seemed to be fixed. Not long after my car begins to run hot. I took the car to a radiator shop to find out I have a cracked blocked which was being concealed by the stop leak. The car is no longer drivable. I have paid myself for these expense besides the one towing. One Stop Auto did not honor my warranty and was no use in helping to fix the car. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership.

I have bought a lot of cars in my time from auctions, new car dealers, used car dealers and private parties. Kraig made this the best experience yet. While waiting to here from our bank we looked at about 5 cars on the lot and test drove them all. Of course our bank wanted a newer car with lower miles. So we had to switch gears completely from what we were looking at, to a completely different type of vehicle. Kraig rolled with it and showed us the perfect fit a 2013 Dodge Dart turbo 6 speed. (Much different from the 4x4 jeep we were looking at!) There was never any pressure from Kraig during our purchase. He is a super guy that helped us through the purchase process, and actually made a car purchase a fun experience! The price of the car was way below anybody elses in the area. We took it to our mechanic who pointed out 2 things it needed. Kraig had them both fixed without any questions. We met the owner Steve during the purchase and he is also a very nice guy. The service depart, and the detailer were also great! If your shopping for a new car and want a hassle free fun experience, GO SEE KRAIG! And the warranty we got was better than most others that we were offered from other dealers.

2006 - Hummer H3 (Blue). I showed up at closing time; however, Steve and Floyd still took the time to help me out. Steve even offered to take the H3 for a test ride. There was zero pressure from anyone to make a decision right away. I was reluctant to buy an older vehicle, but I love the look and feel of the discontinued H3. After Steve advised me about their dedication to keep the vehicle running with maintenance schedules and complimentary inspections at the same location, I was sold. It really is a one stop shop with a very friendly atmosphere. Steve and Floyd also helped me with a ride back to their business in order to pick up my new ride. Love the car and love the guys at 1 Stop. A fun and easy transaction. Looking forward to seeing you at all of the maintenance schedules for the H3. Thanks a lot, you guys really know how to manage a business professionally! - Barry

We have gotten 3 vehicles from here. I can honestly tell everyone out there That I will never go any where else. We have put both of our daughters in cars from here. Not only are they affordable they are reliable! Not to mention since they are so affordable I was able to buy my husband an amazing 10 year anniversary gift. Big John has helped us in all of our buys and we could not ask for a better person. When you go ask for him!!! The owner is attentive and comes out to see us every time we are there. These guys are awesome! We have a 3rd daughter getting ready for her first car so we will be seeing them again soon. The only unfortunate part of this is we did not find them sooner and I got stuck with a car from somewhere else. Thank you ONE STOP for putting my mind at ease with all the children driving lol! Me and Josh will see you soon!
