Love this place. It is cramped in the store but it wont cramp your budget! (ha!) the staff is always friendly, the owner sometimes brings in her great danes, they are beautiful. Sometimes the prices will very between this store and other Overstock Outlets so its worth going to both (this one and sardis/sand hill rd). the exchange policy is hassle free and they do try to do right by the customers.

Beware of what you buy and be sure to check it is fully complete and works right before your 7 days is up. also only give store credit for the messed up returned merchandise but.... have good prices on snacks if u dnt mind out of date stuff. lol

They claim 50 to 80 percent off retail, this is bs, for example I looked at a crock pot with a big dent in the side of it, it was priced 18 dollars, you can buy it brand new at Walmart for 19.97. Very deceptive advertising.
