Paylater is more concerned with how many cars they sell rather than the quality u will notice the sign that says how many they sold so far once you arrive that should tell u what kind of place that is. Paylater along with most of the other car lots on that road is shady. Please stay away. They repo cars so often because people dont pay for cars that dont work. When I went to register my vehicle it was no room on the title for my name it was alot of confusion as to who had the vehicle and when. Its a SHAME!!! Not to mention they overprice their cars I got a 2008 Pontiac G6 GT with almost 202000 miles on it and they want twice what its worth for it. Lets hope it lasts that long. They also sell messed up cars without any regard or concern for the person whos driving it not only did the brakes go out the very next day I bought the car it has no air bags that car has so many problems with it its ridiculous. It feels like the wheels are going to roll right from under the car. I originally was supposed to get a different car but that car didnt even make it off the lot it broke down almost immediately after I started it. I shouldve left Paylater right then right afterwards I witnessed 3 customers complaining about problems they were having with cars they got from Paylater. They are scamming low life no moral having red neck unprofessional losers. Dont think for once they wont scam you. They will look you directly in the eyes and lie. Please go elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO TO PAY LATER AUTO!!! I PUT A DOWN PAYMENT OF 1000 DOWN ON A 2004 CAR WITH OVER 200,000 MILES ON IT. WENT TO SEE WHY THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AFTER WE PULLED AWAY AND TURN OUT IT HAD 2 BAD CADILLAC CONVERTERS ON IT PLUS A BAD AXLE!!!! I SENT THEM 500 MORE DOLLARS TO PAY THE REST OF MY DOWN PAYMENT WITH OFF AND THEY TOLD ME MY FIRST PAYMENT WOULD START 2 WEEK AFTER I JUST PAID THEM 1500! I TOLD THEM I DONT GET PAID UNTIL A WEEK AFTER MY FIRST PAYMENT BUT THEY DID NOT LISTEN! 3 DAYS AFTER MY PAYMENT WAS DUE THEY CAME AND REPOED MY CAR!! AND TOOK MY WALLET AND ALL OF MY THINGS IN MY CAR! THEY TOLD ME MY REPO FEE WOULD BE $1190!! I LIVE IN SPRINGFIELD MO AND THEY REPOED MY CAR ALL THE WAY BACK TO EAST ST LOUIS ILLINOIS!!! I CALLED THEM AND ASKED CAN I SEND SOMEONE UP THERE TO GET MY THINGS OUT OF MY CAR SINCE I LIVE 4 HOURS AWAY AND THEY SAID NO I WOULD HAVE TO COME UP THERE WITHIN 21 DAYS TO GET MY THINGS! NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO TO THE CAR LOT THEY HATE ON BLACK PEOPLE BUT LOVE THEIR MONEY AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN CONSIDERING GETTING A CAR WITH THEM!!! This car lot is a scamming business! This is a trap business. They smoke and drink around customers throughout the day then Dnt remember wht was arranged and expect you to pay repo fee of whatever price they feel starting at 500. The boss is so intimidate he doesnt show his face for business and secretaries are so rude over phone because they are in hiding as well. Just a bunch of unprofessional office trailer trash. Plus they over pricing their cars. These cars are old or broke down for the prices they are asking for. And if you get a repo forget that 21 day grab it ASAP because they will repo yo car steal your valuables and call cops on you just to say they had a couple break in (bullshit) tht wasnt reported or sign of break ins on their property. Be careful wht you say abuse they have monitors and cameras listening in on the lot. Dont even deserve this one star!

Buy at your own risk! I bought a beautiful Cadillac CTS 2009 from these guys. Nothing wrong with the car. Been paying on it for a year no problems with these guys so far. One month I fall on hard times n split the payment up. I paid my first payment 2wk early n I owed 75 dollars. My normal payment r due on the 19 of every month. I went outside to go to work on the 22nd n these MF had repo my car! I called em n every one act like they didnt know what r why it happened! I come to get my car back n the told me it would b 700 dollars to get my car. And would not release it unless I give em the money. Im from St.Louis n just seen these guys on a commercial. N reading these reviews these have been going on for years! How dont know but Im talking to a lawyer and hope to shine a bigger light on this issue than just writing a Google review!

I really like Paylater Auto Sales! I hear what I want to. When you go to a USED CAR LOT you have to expect that almost all the cars have some kind of problem. So when you go there...ask whats wrong with it. Ask for the car facts. Ask to speak with a michanic. Bring someone you know that works on cars so they can tell you if it is a good buy. Any time I go there I get the answers I need about the cars. All the salesmen tell me whats wrong with the car when I say Im intersested. I bought a car from there today for a low price and am very happy. Yes it has problems and am expecting the worst but I cant expect much from a USED CAR LOT. If people have issues with this place...it is your own fault for not being careful when you buy a car. I recommend Paylater Auto Sales to everyone.

If I could, they would get no stars at all. They sold my daughter a car that didnt work a full day. Took forever and 10 phone calls to get them to tow it back, but I was told to have it towed back at my expense. Then, she was told if she wanted something else, she would have to put down more money on a different car instead of them taking the money off the old car. Jackie is RUDE, Amanda is RUDE and you can never get the owner on the phone. They take peoples money for cars that barely run then have you stuck paying for it. The BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS you can ever run across. Buyer BEWARE. Save your money, get a co-signer if you need one and go somewhere else. This place should be SHUT DOWN.

Paylater has a slew of crooks working there! The fact that they keep a key to your car and can go in and out of it whenever they feel like it, is a bunch of BS!!!!! They repossessed my brothers car and by the time we got back to the car, less than 24 hours later, they had ransacked the car and taken money and other items out for themselves!. They then said it was not their responsibility and we couldnt prove it. They are low life scum and only care about making money, no such thing as customer satisfaction!

I use to like them, my first vehicle from the company i loved i had no problems, but now they dont wrk with u as much as they should, people have hardships that doesnt mean they tryna get over, this will be my last time purchasing a vehicle from this location, just repossing vehicles a day late is crazy, things do happen!
