Our car search started in January when I was 7 months pregnant. We had never looked into getting a Subaru before, but thought wed stop in since they have a good reputation. Welsh Subaru was convent to us so thats where we went. We worked with Tom since day one. We met with him 3 or 4 times to figure out which vehicle would work for our growing family, discuss details and get everything straightened out. We were approached by Tom with respect, knowledge and ease with flexibility pertaining our current leased vehicle. He was responsive by phone and email within a matter of minutes and always knew the answers to any questions we had. When we figured out which vehicle would work for us, we were then introduced to Patrick - the Sales Manager. He understood our tight budget, worked with us to get the best deal possible and did it with grace and ease. He and Tom were more than helpful and made this car buying experience the BEST experience weve ever had. At no point were either one of them pushy and they never acted like your typical car salesmen. We couldnt be happier that we chose Subaru as our next car and Im so thankful that Welsh Subaru made it such a memorable experience for us. We will buy all our Subarus here without hesitation. (Weve had the Forester 2 days and have already recommended the car and Welsh Subaru to two people.)
I cannot imagine a better car buying experience than I did with Welsh Subaru. I primarily dealt with Patrick (General Manager) and briefly with Tom who assisted me further. The entire process took less than 15 minutes! - from the minute I entered the building to the minute I left with a great deal. I spent A LOT of time trying to find the best deal on a new car - so much time that I had contacted 9 different Subaru Dealers in the area (Fred Beans, Concordville, Rafferty, Glanzmann, Roberts, Delaware, Matt Slap, Cherry Hill). Welsh Subaru of Limerick was BY FAR the best deal I was offered from any of these other dealers. Their prices were so low that the other dealers were actually forced to break their "promise" of beating or matching another dealers prices. If you can believe it, when I told them Welshs prices - they actually told me to get in my car and drive there immediately because it was a "deal of a lifetime." Dont get me wrong - some of the sales guys at these other dealers were super nice - but if you want the overall trifecta of friendliness, customer satisfaction, and cost savings - Id highly recommend going to Welsh. Best buying experience to date by far (this makes #4 for me).

I just bought the 2015 Outback 2.5i Premium was the first purchase since 1998. Prior to that I was fortunate to be provided with a company car, which I selected and dealt directly with the dealers, but needed the presidents blessing of the final negotiated price. My experience at that dealer was very unpleasant. Knew I was being "had". Had gone with a my idea of what I should pay. He chose to push back with a lot of sales gobbledygook. After taking the final offer back to the office, my boss called the same dealer . . . He was given a much lower price by the same salesman! Was it because I am a woman? My experience at Welsh Subaru was just the opposite. My immediate sense from the sales woman, Jody Law, was that she was someone I could trust with the first handshake. There was respectful and polite negotiations. I walked away knowing that the final cost was extraordinarily fair and with a thorough understanding of and confidence in the Subaru I had just purchased. I know anyone at the dealership, including the service side, will treat me with the upmost respect and will always provide me with the "facts" without any evasiveness! Thank you, Welsh Subaru!

I was scared of buying my first car so I put out what I wanted on Edmunds and had people call me from dealers to give me their quotes, Welsh Subaru was by far the best. Went in there and picked up my 2010 Subaru Legacy 2.5i (IM SO HAPPY WITH IT) and I had a great salesperson who spent alot of time with me showed me everything in the car and let me know the cool features of the car.The salesman and service people are the nicest I have ever run into im glad I went there. This salesman really loves his job it was a talking to a kid who was showing off his new toy I think his name was john was Very helpful and very courteous I am glad I spent my money here, I have no idea what these other people went through but It obviously wasnt the same people I dealt with. I have told friends and family to get a Subaru and from this place to. ~Michael McQuade
I was looking to purchase a Subaru and at the last minute had to change my plans for personal reasons. However, if I were to go ahead, Welsh Subaru would have been my choice with no second thoughts. Of all the car dealers I have worked with over the years for various car purchases, they have been the best I have worked with. They gave me a quote that I couldnt refuse if I hadnt changed my plans. They even gave me a fair quote for a car that I would specially order. I was working with multiple dealers and no one even came close to the quote or the service that Welsh provided. The salespeople, via email and on face to face, were very direct and I did not have any reason to try and haggle on the quote that was given.
They give horrible deals on cars. Do yourself a favor and go to Fred Beans or John Kennedy there will be better deals, salespeople and atmosphere. I wanted to test drive a car had an appointment waited 30 minutes was there before another couple waiting to test drive, they got to test drive before us and bought the car. Terrible service and terrible prices I was quoted easily 1,000-2,000 cheaper for the same exact new car same warranty, same specifications, same everything just more money at welsh. Save your money and go to Fred Beans or John Kennedy its worth the longer or shorter drive. No good comments about this place if you are trying to buy the car you want for the best service and price.
We just purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5 X Touring from sales rep Bob Weisbecker. Bob is a real gentleman and pro. He got is a great price and fair trade-in on our 10 year old Outback. This is the 4th Subaru we have purchased from Welsh and the 6th Subaru we have owned. Bob knew the Forester inside and out and took us through every feature when we took delivery. He assured us he would be available should we have any questions and followed up on the sale with a complimentary call a few days after the sale. This was a most satisfactory experience.
