I will be advising friends and family against participating in business with this establishment. Readers digest version of my roommates interaction with Safari Automotive service.... she woke up to a flat tire on her car on a Sunday, and was grateful to hear that Safari could remedy her problem. Wonderful, right? She brings the car to the shop and he takes it right back. Upon trying to leave, hiss, the tire is again leaking. For a second time the mechanic takes the vehicle back and then tells her he cannot patch the hole as it is too close to the wheel wall. Still okay, he offers to sell a tire with similar tread to the others tires. He takes the car back and changes the tire. Again, she tries to leave. And again the tire (the new tire) is leaking. The guy admits that he missed seeing a hole in the new tire! Third try now, gotta be the lucky try, right? He puts the third tire on and she drives away. Happy ending? Not so much. Two months later, take the car in for routine oil change at a different garage. The mechanic offers tire rotation, but whats this? The tire purchased from safari automotive is in such poor shape, that the tire they made her pay for is in such awful condition and worn so unevenly, that its bad and the tires cant be rotated. Save your time and money. Get your car services done at a more reliable, trustworthy establishment.

This repair shop has been servicing my car and truck for 2+ years now. I waited to write a review because I wanted to see if their level of service and pricing would remain consistent over time. Today I am happy to write this review! Safari Automotive provides outstanding service and is concerned about building a solid working relationship with its customers. This shop is reliable in its diagnostics, the repairs are all top quality, they were accommodating when it came to working around my work schedule for vehicle drop off, pick up, prioritizing what work must be done, projecting what work I might need in the future and making payment easy and convenient. The owner even makes it a point to call me directly a few days after I have my vehicle back to make sure that everything is working properly and that I am satisfied with the repair work! Now thats ......a first!! Thank you Safari Auto!!

Fantastic service! The first time I went was to get an oil change because the price was reasonable and was helped right away. Didnt have to wait long which i loved (Walmart was gonna have me wait for 4 hours) I remembered the owner being super friendly which is why i decided to go back and get front brakes and rotors in there And again fast service! Marc, the mechanic I talked to, explained to me what was wrong with my car in terms that I actually understood without feeling like I was getting rip off. And the owner just like I remembered him, super friendly and so helpful. Best experience I have ever had in my life! I recommend Safari Automotive Service 100%

Ive been going to Safari Auto since we moved to Emmaus in 2009. Ali has always taken care of my cars. I recently ran into a situation where both my cars broke down. I took them to Safari and Ali quickly identified the issue with both cars and fixed them within a reasonable timeline and cost, way cheaper than anyone else near by was quoting me for the repairs. If he finds additional issues with the car he lets you know if it needs to resolved right away or it can wait. He doesnt just make the repair without your approval. He also shows you what was damaged and the new parts he used to replaced them. Lets see how many auto shops do that without you asking.

I had an emergency situation with my car along with a time crunch and place to be. The employee greeted me with such kindness and understanding. Immediately stopped what he was doing to try and help me get this resolved as fast as he could so I could get to where I needed to go. You dont usually get this kind of excellent service when you pull in unexpectedly. I was so thankful for both the owner and the employee for not only handling my issue respectfully and in a timely manner but also explaining everything thoroughly throughout the process. Great service, great people, quality work. I highly recommend this location!

I started with taking my car to do detailing. After what I saw and service that Ali provided, I was very much impressed by it. Then I took my other car for inspection and detailing. He will take care of all his customers and this is his word. He will not sell you things or tell you irrelevant services when it is not required compare to typical dealerships or any other top competitors. His price is reasonable but st the end of the day it is his quality of work, quality of service, and honesty that matters the most. So going forward, I would recommend anyone to go to him for your car service.
