We bought a mattress a few years ago. Had the store send a rep to the house to inspect after we complained about the mattress developing depressions from our use. (pillowtop--cant be flipped --so we rotated them) Just had a voice mail from the store where the tech reported that the mattresses were in spec and they would not be doing anything about it. So much for mattress garantees and store integrity... Wont be dealing with them if they wont stand behind their advertising.. Shouldnt have to buy a new mattress at this point, but we are being forced too.. Guess we need to shop elsewhere... We had the platinum protection plan... which appears to be a scam.. How are we protected?

A bit over a year ago we purchased a leather couch, love seat and recliner from Raymour and Flanigan on black horse pike. We did purchase the platinum protection plan and were able to exchange it when it failed to clean and just did not last at all. When we returned the other day our prior salesman, Greg was still there! He was wonderful. Not only did he apologize many times he made sure we got every pennies worth on our exchange by helping us add in some pictures. He was awesome. It wasnt his fault the furniture was crappy (by the way it was discontinued) but he REALLY went above and beyond and is certainly an asset to this company. Thank you!!!

The furniture was lovely but the saleslady was pushy and a nuisance. Next time Ill demand to have a manager help me with my purchase because pushy sales tactics are annoying. The saleslady even made an outrageous claim, she said" this is the last couch youll ever have to buy because itll last forever!" That is ridiculous to say the least. No couch can last forever. The furniture was great but their sales people need some serious training because its off-putting to be hassled over a couch.

Make sure you check the invoice before you leave, because on the delivery day they well told you didnt buy this or it wasnt on the invoice & we didnt charge you for that item, or the sales person forget to add it you your shopping list,,, just BS all day... the problem the manager was involved from the beginning in my order, & he still deny that i have missing items. bad experience. avoiding doing business with them is the best you can do.. THAT ONE STAR SO I CAN ADD THE COMMENTS..

The staff here are super friendly! They really want to help you find what youre looking for without a hassle. They communicate with you and try to find exactly what youre looking for a decent price. Yes decent price. It could potentially be lower but they need to make money because it is a business of course. There are coupons all over the place, but not for everything. Their beds are extremely nice and it makes me feel like Im in heaven. I only wish it was cheaper.

Still waiting for someone to get back to us regarding an incorrect order, inability to contact their own drivers, and why i had to sit on my living room floor for two days. My sales person was great, but made a mistake, and no one at the store or at the 1-800 number seem to want to work with us. Nice furniture, but once they get your money, you no longer matter.
