Our experience with Ryan Fratzola was delightful and productive. He was our sales representative at Ray Price Ford car dealership at Mount Pocono. Ryan was very informative on the cars we wanted to see. Our intent was to visit several car dealerships before my husband and I would make a final decision. As it turns out this was our first and only car dealership that my husband and I had visited this year. Ryan showed us many cars and we decided to test drive two autos. Within an hour we had decided to purchase a 2013 Ford Explorer Limited car. Our decision was influenced by Ryans knowledge of all the "bells and whistles" this car offers. Ryans friendly and professional demeanor made it easier for us to make a decisive decision to proceed and purchase this auto. We appreciate all the time Ryan and the staff spent to close this transaction -everyone stayed late after closing hours so that all the paperwork was done. We decided to pickup the auto the next day and Ryan was so very patient to show us how to operate all the options this car had offered. This car dealership is fortunate to have a great sales employee like Ryan Fratzola. I would also like to praise Tom Carrroll, Business Manager for his diligent detail work in finalizing this auto transaction (insurance, extended warranty plan, license plate transfer and other misc. details). We will certainly recommend family and friends to contact Ryan for future auto needs. Regards, Joyce Amato

I am very dissatisfied with Ray Price Ford in Mount Pocono, PA. I bought a used 4x4 from them in 2014 and was initially pleased with the service they provided. After having my jeep less than a week, the engine light came on and it stopped in the middle of the highway on my way to work. I had my jeep towed back to them and they kept it for 2 weeks fixing the transmission. After I got my car back, I noticed the acceleration was very choppy, the front and back air conditioning was not working properly and the passenger side window was not able to roll down. Unfortunately, these repairs were not covered under my warranty. After having another problem with the transmission and getting it replaced within the first year of having my jeep, I decided to trade it in for another vehicle. The dealership I went to provided me with a 4-page Carfax report on all the problems and accidents with my jeep and informed me it was a "Lemon Buy Back". I then called Ray Price and spoke with Shelley the office manager and she informed that she knew nothing about this. I was referred to this dealership on the basis that they were a honest dealership. The salesman David Johnson that helped me tried his best to push this vehicle on me and never told me about the jeeps history. If you take the risk and buy from this dealership, please get a Carfax report and save yourself money and misery.

Horrible is the nicest thing I could say! I purchased a Dodge Caliber from the Mount Pocono location. I was told everything was great, no issues and fully inspected. My mistake, I failed to check the fog lights, they didnt work. The sales manager Mark advised that they would fix the fog lights at no charge. 1 month in and the rotors all needed to be changed, basically they were about to snap. So, they were crappy when I got the car. Flash forward to a few weeks ago, I drove up for my inspection, they advised me that I was being d Ailey for broken fog lights and all my struts needed to be replaced. I told them, the fog lights were to be fixed at no charge, they said the best the ma b ager could do was half price. UNACCEPTABLE and shady, I also said you cant fail inspection for fog lights. Thry are ancillary and cosmetic, not everyone has them. I would not agree to the price $840.00 , and they proceeded to not give me my car back until I agreed and told them to order the parts. I drove home and had my regular mechanic check out the car. All it needed was new wiper blades. Inspection plus wiper blades $40.00. Total, there was nothing wrong with the car at all, it was the shady dealings of the dealership. BUYER BEWARE.

My husband and I purchased a used Honda from Ray Price Ford in early March for our sixteen year old daughter. Gary Samboy was our sales person. We were told that there were no open recalls on the car at the time of purchase only to find out less than one month later that there was a major recall on the car! Honda announced the Takata air bag recall in February! I contacted Honda corp office and we were told to not even drive the car! The part to fix the car will not be available until mid summer 2016! Mr Samboy told us that there was nothing Ray Price Ford could do to help us! This dealership is very unprofessional and Mr Samboy is even worse! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!! I had to give it one star in order to post my comment ... they do not even deserve that much! Kathy & Warren Brundage

My boyfriend bought a 2005 Chevy Cobalt from here not even 5 days ago and it already stalled because of the alternator. It was a used car and they assured us that it was in good condition with no problems, that was the biggest load of crap. As we drove off the lot he noticed the lemon we were just sold had a gas leak. The next day we bought the car back and they fixed the leak. A day after getting the gas leak fixed the check engine light turned on. Then it turned off, so we ignored it. Then a day after that the car stopped running on his way to work. He got a jump from a stranger, but the car only ran enough to get us into a parking lot. We then went to Ray Price and were told that there was nothing they can do.. WHAT THEY SHOULD OF DONE IS NOT SELL HIM A LEMON, OR BEEN HONEST ABOUT THE PROBLEMS UP FRONT..

When a vehicle that I had for over 15 years (Ford Escape) finally died on me, I went to Ray Price to look for a decent used car. I worked with a young guy named Nick, who was fairly new to Ray Price Ford. Despite that fact, he was amazing to work with, and helped me find the perfect used car for my needs (2012 Ford Focus). He was attentive and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied, not only before and during the sale, but in following up well after the sale was over. As I had just moved to PA, he even helped me with where to go to switch over my drivers license, a requirement for registration in PA. Nick understands customer service and has a great future. I strongly recommend both Ray Price Ford, and Nick as well.
