"Poor Customer Service" I guess they made enough money off me. I have been a loyal customer and purchased Three new vehicles from BCP. 2010 Jeep Liberty, 2015 Jeep Cherokee limited and last November a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Well last week I inquired about a new Cherokee Overland that my wife was interested in since we saw it on the BCP website. I called and spoke to a salesman (Carrol). He said it was available. So I drove up to look at it. I arrived and we roughly discussed some numbers for a couple of minutes. He said he would call after reviewing the value of our 2015 Cherokee Limited without looking at it. I received a call a day later and said the wholesaler was not moving any Cherokees. He said to let Jeff (Sales Manager) work on it. So over the weekend I get a call from the salesman saying that I should call Jeff and talk about a deal. I immediately called Jeff. He answered and He said he did know who I was and that he would call me back either that night or the next day Sunday. (Remember I bought three new cars through Jeff)Well No call was made. Then on Monday 8-8-2016 I receive a call from the BCP salesman saying that I should come up there and talk to Jeff, since he did not know who I was. He said to come up any day but Thursday because that was Jeffs day off. So I made arrangements to get my wifes car, the Cherokee Unlimited and come up Tuesday 8-9-2016. I arrived at the dealership around 11:00 AM. I walked into the showroom and was not greeted by anyone, so I went straight back to talk to Jeff. Jeff was at his desk talking to a sales rep from a Janitorial service. Jeff looked at me and said nothing. Jeff and the Rep then got up and started walking around the showroom, when Jeff then did turn around and said do you need help? I said yes Im here to talk to you about the Jeep Cherokee Overland and Carrol said you did not know who I was. He then stated "I have never seen you before in my life". I said yes you did when you sold me three new cars and you gave me a Jeep Hat like yours one time and a couple of BCP coolies another time. He then turned around and hollered "Carrol you have a customer here". Carrol came over quietly and said "we lost the paperwork" as he walked me toward the used car manager (New). Carrol said to the used car manager, he is looking at the Cherokee overland and wants to trade his Cherokee in. The used car manager said well I have four used Cherokees on the lot, what do you want for yours? I said NADA has it listed for $25550.00 in excellent condition and it is. (Other salesman there know we keep our cars in excellent condition.) Then he said what is it a 4 cylinder, I said no a 6 cylinder. He then said well with the four I have on the lot I could do maybe $19000 to 20,000. HE DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT OUR CHEROKEE. I turned and said well if you get rid of any let me know. I exited the showroom feeling So disrespected and humiliated. I have never been treated this way. I have over 30 years of retail experience and anyone can tell that the customer should always be treated with respect. This place could use some customer service training or they wont stay in business. Now I dont care about the new car, It was the way I was treated.

This review is to let everyone know that if you want to buy from a dealership and not only get excellent service on every aspect on top of making you feel like your family go to BCP Smyrna I have been buying vehicles from Joe Renzi Sr. for several years and the way that Joe takes care of his clients only shows me that he is not just another sales person trying to make a quick buck Joe is just the opposite/ he makes sure that the vehicle you have chosen is what your looking for it fits your needs and foremost that you will be happy with your choice. Joe helped me several years back when a family member was going through a bad time and I saw no way out of the situation . I went to him in desperation for help and he was able to not only help me out of a no win situation but actually talked to me, showed me and was able to help me and my family through our crisis . Like I said they treat you like family . Joe has been nothing but over the top he gives nothing less than 110% to everyone who walks through the doors Of BCP I will be making another purchase again this year with all confidence This is a family based business and you can tell that Joe is all about family and he cares not only about his own family but about others . I thank Joe and his daughter Ashley for being the best of BCP jeep you guys have my vote every time Thank you and God Bless Deborah McLamb

Im skeptical of dealerships. I worked in one for a couple of years and saw shady things, so whenever I need my Jeep worked on at the dealership, my prejudice of dealerships flares up and Im always expecting them to really wring me for everything they can and take advantage of my ignorance with mechanical infrastructures of cars. Im a pain to work with, and I know that, because I ask a lot of questions about my warranty, etc. and my skepticism of what Im told shows through when I speak to service members. Despite that, the BCP service dept. answered all my questions, took great care of my vehicle which turned out to be at no charge because of my warranty, called me, allowed me to pick up my car after hours, etc. and overall were an absolute positive in a relatively negative day. Theyre honest, nice, confidently knowledgeable, and above all else theyre trustworthy. Get service done here, theyre a trustworthy entity in an untrustworthy industry. I live in Newark DE (about 40 mins away) and Ill travel to go to this dealership every time in the future.

In May of 2014, I decided to go see Joe Renzi to purchase a vehicle. It was ten years since I bought a car, and needed something dependable and nice. He promptly met me one morning and was amazing! Walked me thru the different models, and helped me feel at ease. I explained where I needed to be ideally payment wise. HE did an amazing job at working with the numbers, and got me right where I needed to be! That day I left with a beautiful Jeep Compass. Fast forward to this month (12/2015) I called the dealer ship and set up to see Joe again. I went down to look at his inventory of roomy and bigger cars. I fell in love with the gorgeous Dodge Durango! It was gorgeous. Again, he did his best to get me at the price range desired, and I left there a happy woman! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new car, or SUV or van, you go see Joe! Hes always been honest, and had my best interest at heart! I have never felt more comfortable, and I have now left there two times thrilled with my purchases!
