I bought a brand new Dodge Ram 2500 Hemi in April 2016. Initially I got off to a very rocky start with the dealership, however management stepped up and went more than the extra mile to help me make the situation right. Unfortunately, I bought a truck which was a lemon. After several trips back-and-forth to the service department, the dealership went to bat for me with Chrysler Corporation. I was able to trade out of the lemon and into a brand new 2017 truck. Honestly, this was a difficult process. It took months of servicing, a recall, several hours on the phone with Chrysler, and finally after contacting an executive at Chrysler headquarters, we were able to mediate the issue. 5 stars for Kyle Robinson in sales and Trevor Gallagher in service who both went above and beyond. 4 stars overall because the process took over a year, was tedious, time consuming, and frustrating.

A week ago my wife and I went up to I.G. Burton to look at a Jeep Renegade. Rick Bruno motored up in a golf cart and showed us several. After going for a test ride, we made a selection and went right into his office to do the paperwork. We were very pleased with Mr. Bruno, he was very straight-forward and honest with the final purchase price. We had a car to trade and their offer came very close to what I had researched. Rick is a very knowledgeable, low-pressure guy and was a pleasure to work with. This is our second purchase with I.G. Burton. We love the professional staff, the variety of vehicle choices, the cleanliness of the showroom and the timeliness to complete the purchase. We feel very comfortable working with this dealership and plan to continue doing business with them in the future.

My salesman was great. He worked out a deal, a bit pushy, but in the end I got what I wanted. Things turned around when I went to do paperwork. The sales manager was the biggest a-hole ever and wouldnt explain anything, nor would he work with me at all. In the end, I still went through with it. If I had a choice to go back, I would walk out. I had to beg for my first free oil change, youd think after spending $42,000 youd get at least a free oil change. Nope. The finance manager told me they do not give away oil changes. I told my salesman and the next day he called me and told me they would give me the free oil change. I didnt bother. Overall OK experience, the initial people I talked to were great. The finance manager is what ruined my experience. I would not buy from them again.

Service department is a horror! Took vehicle in for A/C service and leaky sunroof repair. After spending $4900 on that and all of the additional necessary repairs, I felt that the vehicle would be in top-notch perfect condition. While driving the next evening I noticed that some of my dash console lights were not working. I took the vehicle back the next day to have them correct the situation (that they admitted to causing) and was told that it would require too much time and work to repair. I was told that I would have to live with the situation and was given corrective instructions to tap-tap on it to get the lamps to work. By the way, the roof still leaks.

Cant speak highly enough of I.G. Burton, their sales team and their service departments. My wife and i have bought several vehicles from them and each time it has been a fun and painless process. Kyle R. took great care of us when we purchased our last 3 vehicles and their service department has done a great job at keeping our trucks in top condition, Trevor G. has been exceptionally accommodating in ensuring our daily routines arent interrupted when we drop off our vehicles for service or repair. The entire staff is professional, courteous, and they go the extra mile to ensure you leave with the right vehicle and knowing youre taken care of after the sale.

Im a car transport company and work with many dealers, I send my driver to I.G.Burton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and the sales manager say car was not pay for(over the weekend) I call this morning and try to explained that it was a dealer trade the sales Manger Vince was very rude and told me they can Kiss my A** as far as he know Very unprofessional for a manager, I was asking a question he can be polite and just say he dont know nothing about that. I will never pick up a car for him I wouldnt want my driver to deal with people like him, for the Owner of this dealer ship this "sales Manger" will destroy your business you should get rid of him right away.

My problem with your establishment is that you advertise on TV that you "lift" Jeeps and put wide tires on the vehicles....that is a direct violation of state and federal law! You should know what the laws are before you advertise BAD information on TV....3" lift is MAXIMUM! This is a safety issue and can cause insurance and definitely failures at the DMV...tires can NOT extend pass the wheel well of the vehicle.....you can throw debris onto other vehicles.....which can land you in a lawsuit.....IG Burton should know the laws before selling vehicles that are not compliant with state and federal laws......

Went to Buy a car. The salesperson, Ariel, was courteous. We made an offer and Ariel brought in a counter offer. All that was ok and then the Manager Vincent came to talk and he was downright rude. His words were - "Its either this offer or the door". Think about it - this is a dealership whose manager shows the customers the door. The salesperson had an aghast look on his face and shaking his head. No wonder the car has not been sold for last 6 months. Dont know how IG Burton has been in the business for so long - maybe it depends on the masochist customers who like to be demeaned.

A great buying experience. I visited the lot multiple times & I got such a laugh out of the quick response of the sales crew.... 20 seconds til the golf was coming around the corner! All I wanted to do was to peak in the windows & makes some decisions on what options were most interesting to me. When my husband & I were ready for a test drive, we were referred to Rick Bruno. The hardest part of the entire process was deciding on the color and hard top/soft top option of our new jeep. Highly recommended. Watch out for those golf carts though!

Bought my wife a Chrysler 200 C at I.G.Burton. We worked with JJ and couldnt be happier with his conduct from the beginning to the end of the process. We highly recommend him! He helped make buying a car at I.G.Burton a smooth and pleasant one. The finance manager and insurance guy were both professional and efficient too. Time will tell if the servicing of our vehicle will go as smoothly. We hope so!

I had a great experience buying my Jeep Rubicon from I.G. Burtons! My salesman Matt was awesome! The car buying experience went smoothly (I even purchased it on a Sunday!!). Both Matt and the finance managers helped put me in the Jeep of my dreams. The next vehicle I buy, will definitely be from Matt and Burtons again :)
