This target has got to be the worst managed one out of all the targets. The shelves are overstocked to the point where it will fall off the shelf and bonk someone on the head, theres no one around to help you because its so poorly staffed, and the managers stand around and talk story with each others. If you try and ask for help from the store manager they will redirect you to one of their employees rather than helping you themselves. The front doors are always broken, during winter this is a big deal as it gets really cold by the cashier lanes. The cashiers always bug you for a redcard repeatedly, they will not take no for an answer. However after hearing that they would get punished by their boss if they dont get any one to sign up for the credit card I dont blame them, I blame management. This place is a horrible place to shop at, go to another target if you must, dont get a job here either.

Gang of thieves - be careful while return item and get money back in gift card....last week i return $63 items and loaded money in the gift card. After few days i used same card for shopping and came to know that that gift card has nothing. ....after inquiry i came to know that entire anoumt is deducted for purchase at Arlington height store. And thay purchase happened after couple of minute of my returned......... Means associate who return item that day miss used my card....... Be careful with target......they dont deserve this lowest rating

Worst customer service Ive ever gotten, not much selection, messy, associates are rude, rather take the time to drive to the other target in niles on touhy or just go across the street to walmart.

Bad customer service!! I spend 2 hours shopping for my grand daughter at this location they didnt even match price in a same product for different color. I wasted my time and money here!!

Its the closest Target so location is convenient, but the clothing/shoe selection looks too cheap and the grocery selection is small. I find cuter clothes at other Target locations.

Its Target. Plus its connected to the mall. Sometimes there arent enough cashiers to help people checkout so theres a bit of a wait, but in general its good. I come here often.
