If it wasnt for the optometrist I would say 1-2 stars. The Dr is great & friendly as well as very helpful. Although the ladies upfront were what made the experience not so good. While we were there they were complaining about their other customers and the stuff the do and what not. As made comments how I walked around several times trying on different glasses. Im very picky so I have to find the ones I like. Plus its my face its going on. & then I had questions about ordering online and they knew absolutely NOTHING about what I was talking about. I wouldve assumed since they work there and in optical they couldve assisted in the area as well but they couldnt at all or near understand my question. We decided to leave after sometime, Will be thinking twice if Ill go back to place my order for my glasses here or if Ill go to another target or just take my prescription somewhere else. Other than the ladies the gentleman are great!!

Dr. ORiley is very professional. He takes time to answer patient questions. In fact, he sat with me for a good 15 minutes discussing options for myopic correction beyond glasses and contacts. I have been seeing Dr. ORiley for three years and would highly recommend him to anyone. I have also found the Target Optical techs to be professional, efficient and helpful. I had the unfortunate experience of sitting on my sunglasses and brought them into the Target Optical techs who were able to bend them back into decent shape with remaining deformities unnoticed by anyone but me!

I travel all the way across town to go to this target optical. Dr. Riley is amazing. He gives you options on how to take care of your body with what makes you comfortable. When I first started going to this office 3 years ago I was under the impression that I would be blind by the time that I was 30. He assured me that wasnt the case and realized my education level about my body and has always been respectful of that. I will continue to go here for all my eye needs.

Very disappointed. The doctors are very friendly and nice, but they got our prescription wrong after 10 times of going back and forth and I ended up asking the doctor to give me my old prescription back as he could not figure out what s wrong . The frames are expensive and they break after two months. The staff is not very friendly. Too pricey for horrible glasses and contacts. I will never go back again.

Do not go to this location or use this company. The customer service is complete GARBAGE! I made the mistake of getting glasses for both myself and my fiance from this location and it is a complete nightmare to get them replaced with the "Warranty" we had purchased with the glasses.

Good service but the glasses take forever to get to you
