I stopped by this Tivol location to inquire whether I could purchase a replacement o-ring and case-back screw for my wifes watch that we purchased from Tivol several years ago. Annie, the sales person who worked with me, said that she didnt know if they had the parts in stock, but if I left the watch with them, she would double check and let me know. 45 minutes later, I receive a call from Annie informing me that they replaced the o-ring and screw and that I owed $25.00. This was frustrating for several reasons. First, the o-ring and screw they sold me cost approximately $1.34 on Amazon. The only reason I went to Tivol as opposed to ordering from Amazon is to avoid the shipping delay. Had I know that Tivol would charge me $23.66 + tax for the "convenience", I would have simply ordered the parts online. Secondly, when I questioned the $25.00 bill, Annie informed me that part of the charge was due to the fact that they pressure tested and cleaned the watch. Whether or not this was true (the watch looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off), I never asked them to perform this service, nor authorized them to do so. In short, they charged me over 18X the cost of the parts I requested, replaced them without my authorization, and performed unnecessary service on my wifes watch without my consent. Needless to say, I wont be back.

I am so thankful we found this Tivol! It has easily been one of the most stress-free things about planning our wedding! I inherited my grandmothers engagement ring. It had seen better days, and didnt have a diamond in the center, but a fake piece of glass. Tivol was able to make it like new again! It was absolutely gorgeous!! This is also thanks in part to David, who helped my fiance navigate what diamond would work best for my grandmothers setting. I couldnt have asked for a better ring, and Im so glad I entrusted something so sentimental to Tivol. They took care of it like it was their own grandmothers. He also helped us find a proper band to go along with my grandmothers, since hers had broken tremendously, and was no use. He even helped the most indecisive customer - my fiance! Now our wedding bands are ordered and checked off the list. Thank you Tivol for your excellent service, kind smiles, and helping hand. We are so thankful from the bottom of our hearts!

Ive stopped in here to view their watches, and what an awesome experience. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service. The facility was very nice and environment well contrived. They are an AD for some premier brands like Cartier, JLC, Rolex, etc. (not really haute but certainly fine horlogerie), and I simply could not have been more pleased with the on hand variety. I spent a long time browsing and even got some lovely catalogs without have spent a penny. Overall, an outstanding place to stop by if you love watches, I can not recommend enough.

I purchased my wifes engagement ring from here in 2003. I was treated very well, especially considering I was just a kid who definitely did not look like I had any business being in this high end jewelry store. I have only been back a few times so perhaps it has changed, but my experience was wonderful. The quality of jewelry is unbelievable. I was never pressured to buy anything.

I have purchased a few pieces of jewelry from Tivols. But, I wont be shopping there again. I went in to have a battery replaced in my watch. I was told that the charge would be $25, plus the cost of the battery. CRAZY!
