Sicily is incredible. She is welcoming from the moment she greets you and treats you with the upmost respect. I dont know how to gauge the worth of jewelry, so I hoped that coming to the Diamond Banc and speaking with Sicily would help me get an honest appraisal. She looked at the jewelry and walked me through how to tell if the items were worth being bought. She looked at every item carefully even if they didnt look like they were worth much. Shes straightforward and knowledgeable about her craft. I would definitely come back for more help.
