WORST SERVICE EVER!! PLEASE AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!! I was referred to Lewis Jewelers by Girard Perregaux to work on my watch. They looked at my watch and said they could repair it and they had a very competent team working for them in house. They told me that my watch had been fixed and asked me to pick it up. Silly of me to to take their word as is, and take my watch back home. Right as I took it out, I realized that the watch was not working. I took it back to them and they told me the battery had died and they replaced it. Two weeks later, the same thing happened and again they looked at it and replaced the battery. Of course, that was not the issue. So, I had to go back AGAIN and at this point, they said they needed to keep it there to look at it again. WEEKS went by and I didnt hear from anyone. I finally called them and the sales associate told me that my watch had been sent to GP for a full check! Nobody at any point told me or asked me if it was okay for them to send my watch to GP. So now, I have to communicate with GP direct who inform me that the movement went bad and they have to replace it and will need to charge me an additional $500+ for it! Basically, its been 10 months since I first took my watch in and I have spent over $1000 on it and I STILL DONT HAVE MY WATCH BACK!!

I can HIGHLY recommend Lewis Jewelers to anyone who wants to buy or have a watch serviced. I was traveling and by accident got my Omega Speedmaster wet. I took it to Lewis Jewelers, and even though they dont sell Omaga watches, they immediately offered to have a look at it. They told me that they needed to open the watch up and dry it over night to make sure all the moisture was out. I received an email from them the next day that I could come and pick my watch up which I did. They dried it out and they didnt charge me anything for the service. I own quite a few luxury watches and I know that good after sales service is more important than saving a few hundred bucks on a watch! I know where I will be heading the next time I am getting a watch!

Best experience Ive ever had with a jewelry store! The staff was very friendly and patient with me when I was clueless about the rings I wanted resized. It took only five days to resize my two rings even though they had to take the stone out of one. When I got my rings back they looked GORGEOUS! They were polished and shinning like they had never been worn before. I am extremely thankful for the skilled staff at Lewis Jewelers.

Beautiful collection of jewelry. Excellent quality. I had my wedding ring custom made by them and they did a excellent job. Their facility is elegant with a flat screen tv seating area and coffee and cakes. Ive had rings resized here as well and their prices were fair and their work superb.
