Often minimum wage is too much to pay! If a regular customer who spends at least $50.00 per week and has been a regular for over 5 years asks you to keep a 12 pack of a certain beer on hand so that in addition to the liquor she comes to buy for herself. You would think that they would be happy to do that but instead I got a long dissertation about how people have them order stuff and then dont come back to buy it. What happened to common sense? Since Ralston employees are unable to tell the difference between a good customer who comes in and spends good money and a drunk who comes in to but a bush beer and 1 cigarette I will just from now on plan better and go to Specs. Let me be clear this did not happen at the Mesa location but I went so far as to call the corporate office and when it comes to customer service this business owner has all the wrong people on his front line. His entire staff could use a course in customer service. Save yourself the frustration SHOP AT SPECS.

The clerks at this location are really nice and talk to all the customers that come in and out of the store. There are two negative things I would say about this location is the constant traffic of transients and homeless people that hang out at this location in addition to the people driving fast trying to get into the store just to get some liquor.

Love going here because the prices are under the big chain liquor stores like Specs and the lovely ladies working inside are so friendly and inviting. They always say hello and ask how you are doing!!! My place to go when Im on that part of town!!!
