How to begin this HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE/EXPERIECE.. First, the customer service at time of possible purchase is wonderful BUT if you encounter a problem with your purchase you are screwed! I made an ATV 2015 (Bennche) purchase, it was used only 2x & died on us on the 1st week of Dec.. We were told the motor was dead and they didnt know how or why as it only had less than 6 hours of use. Let me just say that after so many promises from several different people/managers David, Kevin Cantu and even Bennche reps Diana & Stephanie, there have been many many lies and misinformation back and forth. They claim to take ownership and working on repairs since its under warranty and yet as of today 3/4/15 It has not been repaired. BEWARE: They WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! I have been paying for this ATV since Dec but have nothing to show for. Think 2x before considering making a purchase with this company because I guarantee if any problems arise you will be in for a rollercoaster of dissatisfaction.. 3 separate times I have been told that the last needed part was in and that the ATV was being tested & I would get a call back to confirm deliver but instead later that same day I get a call stating they hadnt received the missing part to test the ATV but it was on the way. Yup, you are reading this right, how is it tested with out the head gasket. horrible company!!! never again will I make any types of purchases with F & T Valley Motor Sports let alone make any purchases by Bennche, I will stick to Honda in Bville.!!! you have been warned..
I purchased a Suzuki S40 from F&T about a month ago and am very happy with it. I was pleasantly surprised when Fred, the sales guy, suggested I test ride it first. I thought only Harley did that. the ride sold me. Parts/accessories people were very helpful. My wife bought a jacket and then I got backrest for my S40. Carlos was very patient in responding to my texts about parts, pricing,.. Joe at service took care of my bike for backrest installation and some follow up adjustments. Again, staff very helpful, took the time to get the job done right. In all, very happy with my experience at F&T and glad I went to them. If you get the chance, test ride the Electric Motorcycle, the Zero. Surprisingly smooth, fast and agile.

They always make me feel at home in the RGV, ya sabras uno k anda en la pipeline pos ya sabes que ta tuff being there los weekends. They have horrible and uneducated staff. From the salesmen who know how to read JUST the brochure and service department that always gives you the run around and the over priced service mechanics. They almost never have the part you need. The only way theyll getting anything done is if youre hovering over their shoulders with a mean grin. If you have an issue with your sport bike or anything of that caliber, I recommend RGV CYCLE STUFF, on 10th St mcallen. They dont play games, what you need is what you get.
worst experience ever at a powered train dealer horrible customer service no one actually has any knowledge about what they are selling just trying to make a buck let alone there ridiculous prices bought two tires from them for $250 and they wouldnt mount them said I had to pay extra for that I said ok thinking it wouldnt be much since I bought the tires from them... an additional $110 to mount two 26 in tires.. discount tire charges that much to mount and balance all four on a damn vehicle
Really bad experience... Really bad actitud of the dude salesman ...i ask for a part and he said that he will not give me prizes and info unless i wold buy it un that moment ...that suks ...i have to buy it anyway and said it was only the most expensive part ... I will never comeback there ..next ocassion i will buy online or take another opción... Dont go there unless u dont have another deam place
Lets just say very disappointed and will not return. This comes from some one that has brought boats, bikes, fourwheelers and parts from them. I could post photos, upload audio of actual conversations, and so on but does it really matter. I see several bad reviews and nothing has changed over the 5 year experience. Good luck F&T and I can say I at least tried the local dealership.
Very poor customer service! Service Manager Joe was very rude after he made a mistake that cost me money and time....he also spilled gasoline all over my unit...stay away from this place they will miss the small details that can result in an accident ..and they are not cheap for a basic service and state inspection cost $297.73...
All they want is your money. Every time I enter this place Im immediately bombarded with salesman trying to sell me the most expensive thing in the store. They could care less as to what I actually need but on the contrary, what they are trying to get rid of. I wont be returning.
I brought my bike in to get fixed, there was a problem with the wiring harness. It took them a week and a half to even look at the bike, then it took them another week and a half to fix it. I didnt have my motorcycle for three weeks.
Prices are ridiculous high compared to the rest of the country. And since its the only Suzuki dealership in valley you are screwed..Highly recommend to buy outside the valley..Found same bike for $6,000 dollars less in San Antonio!!!
$300 for a single new tire with installation? No Thanks. Can buy 2 sets of tires with that money! Staff did not understand the questions I was asking and were unfamiliar with their own inventory. Nice guys n all but damn cmon!
Great service. They worked with what I wanted and the price I needed. Got approved and drove away in a brand new bike. Bam! Talk to Hurley. He will hook you up.
Ive been trying to buy a can am from this place but when i call they have me on hold for like 30 min and never give me details
Awesome place to purchase at! Tons of inventory and willing to work with all types of prices and financing options.
