We just recently purchased our 2016 Ford Explorer Sport edition from Goode Motor in Twin Falls, ID. Ill first start with their atmosphere VS the rest of the magic valley auto dealers. It was a blast shopping for a car there. They had music playing and all around you could tell everyone was just having fun. Not one time did I feel pressure or as though I was on their time not my own. It sounds crazy to list music playing as something that made the experience better but when you compare it to the dry "Shark Tank" of the other local auto dealer we went to it made a huge difference. It was an experience not just a purchase. Buying a car should be fun and exciting and they absolutely create that environment. Now lets talk staff. First off Chris Paulson our salesman was extremely professional and the furthest thing from pushy. He made us feel like we were buying a car from a friend and had our best interests in mind. I realize his ultimate goal is to sale a car and make money, its a job, but never did I feel as though he was looking out for himself. Also part of our experience was General Sales Manager Dusty Allen and Finance Manager Dusty Sherley. Both gentleman where extremely professional and made my wife and I feel very good about our purchase! All in all I have to give huge kudos to the team at Goode Motor in Twin Falls, ID. WORLD CLASS ladies and gents!

Buying a used truck was so simple. I found an ad for a truck online the day they posted it. The ad only had a stock photo so I emailed them to inquire about the truck and the next day when I woke up Julie had sent me a ton of pictures. It was exactly what I wanted but they hadnt had time to detail it yet. I called to setup a time to test drive it and since I live about 2.5 hours each way from them, Julie took it over to the shop and started cleaning it up. The truck looked like it was new by the time my wife and I got there! There was absolutely no pressure to buy from them. Everyone that helped us were very patient and helpful. They even let my wife take the truck to go get us some dinner while we waited (we didnt want to move the car seats again and my daughter wanted to go for another ride). Their prices are very reasonable and competitive, however, that being understood they wouldnt give me squat for my trade-in, so I kept it to try to sell myself, which I should probably do anyway since Ill get more money for it. Because their prices are competitive they also didnt wiggle much on the advertised price, but it was already acceptable at the listed price. All in all I am very happy with my car buying experience with Goode Ford (even though I bought a Chevy)! They were worth the 2.5 hour drive each way.

Pulling a horse trailer, our old diesel 2004 F250 broke down while traveling through Burley Idaho so we rolled into Goode Motor to have things repaired. There was lots wrong with that engine, butTJ and Mike started working on it, promising to get us back on the road that day. While waiting for the repairs to be done, we wondered if we might be smarter to trade up to another pick-up. While trying a couple of used trucks, we realized that new pick-up was a possible option too. With lots of vehicles to pick from, in short order we were back on the road with a brand new 2017 F250. Zeb, Kevin, Hector and Paul were fantastic!!!! They got everything lined out, paperwork done, and modifications to the truck finished (including a fifth-wheel hitch with wiring). Plus we were super pleased with the price too. Having bought dozens of rigs in the last 50 years, I will say that this was the finest car dealing ever. They are nice, straight-forward, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. They deserve the high quality reviews posted here. They are simply Goode folks. Thank guys! Eric and Patti Eastern Oregon

Absolutely amazing service that many other retailers could learn from! I was discouraged after months of searching and failed follow ups and false advertising of the car I was in search for and lo and behold I found it on their site!!! I then contacted and within seconds met with Jordan Torrez who kept in touch and was there for me every step making it instead of an awkward encounter to more of a friendship compared to other businesses who would sound like a robot and then not respond for my longest being four days just to tell me it was gone when I already had been over and checked for myself and known this. Throughout the paper Jordan covered the additional bonuses and the team made it feel more family as they all had great chemistry. I recommend this to anyone searching for a quality car and quality experience and whenever I need a car again or know of anyone I will be sure and honoured to recommend them to Goode Motor Ford!

In my long search for a vehicle I came across a truck at Goode Motor in Burley that was exactly what I was looking for. I have a rare form of muscular dystrophy called Pompe disease and I was in need of a vehicle that I could make accessible in order to get around. I called and spoke with Julie and she told me to come on over and take a look. When we arrived Julie had the truck ready for us to test drive and after I told her my story she said she would do her best to make us a great deal. When we got back after the test drive I met Paul and told him that this truck was exactly what I was looking for and perfect for my needs. He wasted no time in finding us the best rate and we were able to make a great deal. My entire experience from start to finish was fast, friendly, and exceeded all of my expectations! Thank you so much Julie and Paul for making my buying experience so wonderful.

My family will never buy from this place again. They overcharge for mediocre car services and sell cars that are about to breakdown for outrageous prices. My family just bought a car there for $10,000 and were pushed to sign a contract acknowledging that we were buying it without a warranty "as is." After three weeks, we found out it had a faulty transmission, which will cost us $3,000. Come to find out this type of car has a reputation for transmission problems. The car salesmen knew this, but they sold it anyway. I do not know what is worse: The fact that we were foolish enough to trust this place or the fact that the employees do not care about integrity. It is possible to buy quality used cars; it is just not possible at Goode Motor Ford. I suggest you find somewhere else to take your business.

I recently purchased a ford raptor from Goode Ford using the Internet sales team as I live in southern California. I left a message after hours late Saturday night and was called back early on Sunday morning by one of the Internet sales managers Tyler Howard. Tyler was very helpful in getting me the pictures I needed, answering my questions and helping me get the ball rolling on the purchase with minimal time on the phone and emails. Im flying in Saturday to twin falls and Tyler will be waiting for me at the airport with the truck gassed up, detailed and ready to drive home. How easy is that? Ive purchased several cars out of state and work in the industry and can say that this was one of the least stressful purchases Ive had. Thanks Tyler and Goode Ford!
