Went to this location yesterday and everything seems cool cars was nicely priced and I was greeted within 10 minute but thats to be expected when youre small and you have a couple of customers ahead of you. Everything seemed great I was promised to test drive 3 cars and then said to fill out an app. I understand the business but as the experience went on I noticed my helper was lying about something and became very pushy and forceful about filling out an application before test driving another car. Why bring out 3 keys and only allow me to test drive one I mean everyone who comes to your doesnt know if youre going to get a car off their credit but they definitely want to test drive are you saying that Im taking up too much of your time? You said I can test drive 3 cars but only allow me one and then the second one I test drove I get an attitude and then instead of talking to me and my partner as a whole he stopped talking to me and only addresses my partner which is fine but not the type of car salesmen Id like to deal with. The car salesman Michael was new but hes been in the business for a while from what he says and his tactics of making you seem as if this is what you want when it really isnt is really good but it didnt work on me. I went to three dealers in the area within that week and this one was by far the best price and the worst equipped with Sales people. I prefer the girl that sent out but then they sent out Michael thinking hey he can control the sale better but Im not about that Im about customer service and doing exactly what youll say if I can only taste of 1 cars and Sylvia but if you bring out three keys let me test drive one and then tell me that I must go inside in order to continue its a little disheartening. I asked if I was wasting his time he said no I can test drive as many cars as I like for as long as I want but he thinks right now its the best time to go in and sit down and fill out paperwork. I came here to test drive 3 cars to see if I like them and then if I like one of them Ill give you my app then if I cant get the car I want then well find something different thats how you do a car dealer experience. I found them online Craigslist I went and I had 3 cars in mind when you tell me more than two times that I would love any car on the lot youre making a lot of perceptions about me and that doesnt feel nice.

Let’s be honest…consumers come to places like Charlie Cheap Cars because of poor credit or have had repossessions in the past, etc. They cross their fingers and toes hoping to drive off the lot with something decent, but put on a front like they’re too “bougie” for a used car lot knowing dang well they have no other option! Obviously, it’s not the greatest feeling to admit that you’re in this spot, but you are! I can genuinely say that Connor, our awesome salesperson (and I mean beyond AWESOME), didn’t make us feel like the lowest of the totem pole like society makes us out to be. We came on the lot with a guard so high, it was ridiculous! We were expecting Connor to be an A-hole like many we’ve dealt with before, but he wasn’t at all! He was super personable, not pushy, and very patient. Connor kept us in engaging conversations about the car, our personal life, sports, living in Vegas, etc.! I asked him to walk away a ton of times so my boyfriend and I could talk and he did it with no questions or side sales pitches. Because it was dark, he was smart enough to drive the car to a well-lit area and waited patiently as we psychotically inspected the car. I mean we pushed and pulled every button, retracted every seat belt, open and closed all the doors and not once did he huff and puff with annoyance. Best thing was he never brought in a hard closer to seal the deal and walked us through the entire process. You just don’t come across people like this anymore. So glad we didn’t keep on driving down Sahara to another lot! We can’t forget to mention John, the GSM. It was really like I was talking to my dad, no joke! He explained everything line for line so we didn’t feel like uninformed idiots when we left. So, future car buyers, if you’re looking for a second...third…fourth chance to get back in a vehicle, you should consider coming here. Thanks again, guys!

I bought a car from Yogi for $ 4,300 after a discount because they asked for $ 5,000 I did not know prices because I came from a different country and so it looked pretty cheap to me so I did not even think to check the prices. Later, I found out the car is worth much less than the price I bought for $ 2500-3000 In addition, I have to put in a car a coolant that costs me $ 4 per day that is $ 1,000 I paid so far in 8 months that I have the vehicle. I turned to Yogi. At first they told me you bought it as it is and there is nothing we can do for you. Then I posted my opinion of this bad service I got here, and on the same day he called me to help me so I will remove the bad review. he suggested I fix it in their garage. The mechanic said he took care of this vehicle eight months ago and he says he remembers that because of this leaking. He did something there but the problem was not fixed. That means Yogi sold me the car at double price knowing there was a malfunction! He did something this time again but the problem wasnt fixed. I offered Yogi to buy the car for 2500 because I didnt want to sell it for someone and lie to him. So if he would buy it for 2500 with or without profit, he already made a big profit when I bought it for double. he could even sell it for more and make money again. I just wanted to get rid of it. He offered me to buy it for a 1000! Its 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that worth around 3000 Of course I said no. The next day, he text me to come to the office and make a deal so he will buy the car. I came from far away and it took me long time and he knew it. His offer was 1500 He was so rude and all he wanted was to take my last dollar I have and make more money of the car. If you are smart, stay away from this place

Love this place!!! My fiancé and I were in a rough spot after jumping to buy a car with over 80,000 miles and no warranty. After a little less the a year owning it, we knew we had to bite the bullet and try to trade it in. We went to CarMax and they said they would give us $1,500 for the car.... Okay, the car had its issues but not that bad! They then proceeded to ask us if we had thought about just cutting our losses and letting the car be reposed... Um No!!! We saw a 2015 Jeep Patriot on the Charlie Cheap Car website with only 15K miles and it was an amazing price! My fiancé went in the next day to look at the car and all of the sales guys were amazing! They helped him and walked him through the entire process. We dont know much about the car world, (as you can see) but Woody and the other guys at Charlie Cheap Car were so helpful! My fiancé was there for over 6 hours working out all the details and they even fed him lunch! The main point that I would like to say is that they doubled the price of my trade in!! They gave us a little over $3,000 for it. They let us split up the down payment to make our monthly payments easier and really seemed to care about us, rather then just another sale. Woody was AMAZING! He helped my fiancé and guided him through the entire day. We have now named our car after him! We are so excited about our new car and know that this was the right thing to do! Not cut our losses... We learned a lot through this entire process but all the staff at Charlie Cheap Car made us feel like family and we couldnt be happier! Thank you so much to Woody and the entire staff!!!!!
