My Daughter just graduated a year early, she just got her first apartment, so My husband ,and I decided to buy her some furniture from american freight in north miami fl the sales manager MORGAN FRANTZ try to cheat me out of 1,214.00, at first I thought this was an error since everybody makes errors, I noticed my sale receipt didnt match my credit card recepit so I called him for two days trying to find out about the 1,214.00 overcharge, and of course He try to avoid me, and no one in the store could tell me why MORGAN FRANTZ overcharge me. So I canceled the whole order, and refuse delivery now american freight is trying to seal 2,445.00 from me, now I know that MORGAN FRANTZ was for a fact trying to seal from me. I want my full refund back on my credit card, the full amount of 2,445.00. I have also called the corporate office Sarah and cant get a call back I have been calling the corporate office since I demanded my charges back on my card, but havent received a call back. Is everyone in this company THIEVES?? I want my money back on my card. Now for my daughter she is still out of furniture sleeping in an empty apartment which is very cold, this isnt fair why should she have to wait until these THIEVES return my money I shouldnt have to wait on a full refund since they didnt deliver anything, and the order was canceled. I purchased a dining room set from American Freight on March 1st, paid for delivery and set. The guy delivered the item that day and completed the set up. One he was done I noticed one of the chairs seemed crooked and wasnt stable. I move the chair and the screws fell out. I immediately told the guy and he said the screws he used was to short. He then fixed that one chair with the correct screws. I asked him about the others and he explained that they would be fine. However the next day March 2nd screws were falling out of the other chairs as well. I contacted the store and spoke to a manager who advised me that he would have the guy come out and fix the problem. However here I am today two weeks later and no one has been to my residence to fix the mistake. Now most of the chairs have falling apart. I am very upset because I have contacted the store once again today and am unable to speak to a manager. It is as if they could careless. I was told that a manager would contact me within an hour and still nothing. I have sent a complaint to there customer service department to see if something can be done about this.

*****DO NOT SHOP HERE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGERS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY HORRIBLE INSULTING PEOPLE TRY AND SCAM YOU AND IF YOU DONT BUY THEY INSULT YOU AND KICK YOU OUT. ***** AVOID MANAGER MICHAEL AND ALL SALES STAFF On 8/2/2015 I came into this facility trying to buy a mattress and box spring set. Worse decision ever I was treated badly cursed at by manager and sales staff asked to leave store in a threatening and assaulting manner In front of other customers just because I caught them trying to scam me on products they sell. Ive never had such insulting and embarrassing experience at any retail store Ive called corporate and still no answer please avoid this facility and all others save your money, time and go else where... Ive kept this complaint short but there is lots more that happened I have not posted but i soon will with detail in all social media and in any way possible just to be heard since this company doesnt seem to care for there customers or how there managers run the business. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE AVOID THIS COMPANY.

This is the worse customer service experience Ive ever had! It is now 9:00pm and I am still waiting for a delivery, I was called at 1:30 to confirm delivery and given between 4-8pm delivery. I called at 7 and was told first come first serve, by the Manager Edward, and he showed no concern or care that I was given a previous time frame, there Is no one to voice your concern to. Ive done business with them before but this is the worse. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I guess you get the service you pay for. The worse customer service ever. Its now 9:47pm still no delivery or phone call. Who comes to some ones house this late at night to deliver furniture. These men are complete strangers to me. Im so freaking heated right now. My husband is off to work. I had to call my son over to be with me to accept a delivery, and he and I have work in the morning. Im sure they are expecting there delivery fee when they get here. Im disgusted with this company. Im definitely going to post on the BBB website. This is awful...

2 days ago my husband and I purchased some furniture at the Miami Gardens store and the service was nice Marvin was the seller and did nice he told us that they had same day delivery and that the guys will assemble my furniture so that night came and everything was perfect until one of the guys said that the dinning box was missing the screws and couldnt set it up and was told that the next day in the morning Ill have it and the next day came and the morning past and nothing so I called the store and they didnt know what I was talking about because the driver didnt tell them so they kept me on hold for along time telling me that theyll call me back and it never happened and same thing with the driver never called me back,I was the one calling them and it was so frustrating and they said that for sure the next day Ill have my screws and here Iam still waiting my screws for my dinning table and I have 3 kids eating on the floor telling them that our table will be done soon.HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...!!!!

I am so heated right now. Its now 11:22pm and Im still waiting for my delivery. Ive done business with this company before but this has got to be the worst. First they ruin my V-Day plans; they told me that they would be here between 5-8pm and didnt show up until 9. Then they brung the wrong bed frame with the wrong pieces and no mattress. Spent the night bed-less and had work in the a.m. I went to the store to straighten things out and Andy helped us out and assured everything is all good. Now Im home waiting for delivery and these people still not here. Who delivers this late at night !!! I have work in the morning and my daughter has to spend the night else where. Never again this will be my last purchase with AMERICAN FREIGHT!!!

Purchased a king bed set, mattress and mattress cover along with 7 piece dining set. I received the bedroom set and a month later the dressers side is peeling off? I called several times..sent pix. .until manager in the warehouse flat out said if i hadnt purchased the extended warranty the company was not going to fix the issue.. I have yet to receive my dining set, obviously i will add the warranty but im not happy with the way they have handled things . I was so pleased with the boys when i came to purchase ..they were very patient with me since i was not ready to receive my furniture until the house was ready. But I have lost confidence in them..i wish that was explained to me the day I purchased.
