I have been going to Discount Tire for 14 yrs. I went to the stores that were in Texas and I loved them so much I never took my business anywhere else after that. They have the best prices on the best products; Im a Michelin gal. They know that your time is valuable and they get your vehicle in and out at NASCAR speeds. My entire family, including my mom, dad, sisters, and even my friends get their tires from DISCOUNT TIRE. Can you tell I love them? Im excited theyre finally here in Fort Smith!!!

The customer service here is exceptional. I was greeted by the employees at the desk and helped quickly. Ive always loved discount tire but there is something special about this location. They make you feel welcome and informed and dont try to sell you more than you want or need. Great experience. Will definitely choose this store again and recommend it to others.

Outstanding service. The workers are eager to help, knowledgeable, and friendly. The prices are better than I can find anywhere else around and its usually unheard of to have a pleasant experience in a tire shop so these guys really impressed me. I dont see a reason to go anywhere else.
