Avoid this Kay Jewelers in Rancho Cucamonga, CA! I had a simple battery replacement for my $300 watch. One of the Kay Jewelers employees said that its no problem and would only take 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, he returns my watch with huge scratches on the back plate! He admitted that the tool slipped in his hand and tried to shrug it off as no big deal! I was sickened by his audacity. The manager wasnt even working that day. Later I discovered that employee from Kay Jewelers damaged the stopwatch mechanism as well. I called the store, and the manager denied that her Kay Jewelers store damaged my watch! I wish I had never trusted these people for something so simple and am now finding all sorts of similar Kay Jeweler complaints online. Avoid Kay Jewelers bad customer service!

I have had a ring go in for sizing that I have bought there. It has been several weeks and I still do not have the ring back. I been called in to pick it up and it was not there. The Store that was located on 4th st was great. This one has a long way to go.
