I ordered same day business cards from the Allen location but since they couldnt finish my order in time due to a broken machine they transferred my order to this Mckinney location. I decided to call the Mckinney location to make sure my order was transferred and to get an estimation when my order would be done. When I called they told me that they would be ready in a few days. I told them I ordered same day service for a reason and I needed them in a day not in a few days. The lady told they would be ready the next day. I called around noon the next day and they told me that they havent been able to open the file due to problems with their computers. She tried again while I was on the phone with her and was able to open it so she told me they would be done at 2pm. When I went to pick them up the person behind the counter was helping another customer so I waited my turn to be helped. While I was waiting another couple people came up to the counter. When she finished with the person she started waiting on the other customers they came in after me. Then she came over to me while helping the other person to see what I needed. I asked for my business cards and so she called another associate to help me. I find it to be really bad customer service to not help people in the order they arrive to the counter. I quickly scanned through my cards to make sure there werent any major problems. I paid for my services and they wouldnt offer any discount even though all the problems were their fault. I got home and took a closer look at my cards and I cant use half of them because the did not cut them properly. The text is not centered and I checked my image that was sent for the order to make sure it wasnt my fault and the image I sent is correct and centered. I am tired of dealing with the people at the stores so I tried contacting the general customer service line on their website and they wont help me either since it was in store purchase. So if you have a choice dont use any Staples for any of your printing services.

I really hope you read this review and take it to heart staples whoever you are. This location is the worst Staples I have ever been to. I waited 30 minutes to get help in furniture no one came so I went to the front and the person helping me couldnt even locate the chair at his store let a lone another store which I had to call myself. If anyone is reading this review I would go to another office supply store. I worked at Staples for 2 years and If i treated customers like this staples treats customers we would have been out of business a long time ago. Its sad to see how far staples has fallen in terms of customer service. When it takes 3 associates to find one item at another store obviously someone is not training someone correctly. My phone was dying so I asked if I could use theirs to call the other staples and they said I couldnt so I asked if the associate could call and his eyes looked up at me like I was asking him to commit a crime. This place sucks. I will contact management and let them know. The icing on the cake was right when the associate was actually helping me he was told to go check someone out while the guy working the register bought his beverage right in front of me. This is ridiculous.

Poor customer service. I order online print work on Thursday May 5, 2016 and received an e-mail Friday May 6, 2016 morning notifying the order was ready for pick up. I went to the store to pick up the order Saturday May 7, 2016 and they were not able to find it. I ask to talk to the Manager and Mr Derrick the store manager on duty just told me Staples never guaranty any online order will be ready in any specific time and they are too busy to guaranty me the order will be ready before Monday. He said the e-mail confirming the order was ready did not mean anything. Now I have an important business meeting on Monday morning and I do not have important material needed for that meeting. Mr Derrick basically did not care to offer any solution to this problem. Very frustrating.

Is no stars an option?! I had by far the worst experience in this Staples this morning. I wanted to get some copies front and back on cardstock for my daughters birthday invitation. It cost over $40 for 25 copies!! Ridiculous, I wasnt told the price until after they were already printed. Store manager was running the copy area and was extremely rude to all customers. Multiple people waiting and kept checking her cell phone and sending messages. Extremely dissatisfied with the experience. Was very disrespectful to employees and customers. Over heard her speaking to a customer on the phone, wow... No words to explain so rude! I will not be back to this store!!! Office Depot you now have my business!!!

There were two employees - one as a very busy cashier and one in the copy center. So, I had no one around to help me find the two very different products I wanted. What should have taken three minutes took 15. The good news is one was on sale. The bad news was there was only one left and I wanted three. Then the checkout - remember the very busy cashier? I was sixth in line. In the 14 minutes I waited to check out, no attempt was made to call for an additional cashier. Explain again the advantage of a brick & mortar store....

I had an issue with a chair I purchased that started to tear a year later. I had purchased the in store warranty and called them. They wrote me a check for the price I had originally paid for it. I returned to the store to buy the same chair again and the price had increased. I spoke with the manager and he was really cool about it. He saw my original proof of purchase and warranty and went ahead and let me re-buy it for the same original amount. Now thats what I consider good customer service.

Morons. Criminals. I bought 2 cases of copy paper because there was a mail-in rebate, which I sent in the next day. Now the corporate office tells me the rebate offer is invalid. Bait-and-switch tactics. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Very pleased with store and service. Came to get ink for printer.... there was no XL cartridge on shelf..... clerk was kind enough to check back room to find one for me. Great pricing. Check out clerk was most pleasant.

I ordered some phones online and one was broken. This store called the main office, shipped it back for me and had the main office send me a new one. This store went above and beyond what some store would have done.
