I went to the dealership looking to test drive and hopefully buy a car that had been on my bucket list for some time. It was the 2016 Ford Fiesta ST Turbo. A car that could be described as a wolf in sheeps clothing. I came in on a holiday to Michael Steads Hilltop Ford to check out this awesome car but first I met my sales team to which they would be the ones that were going to do all the legwork to get me into this car. They were the ones that got into the trenches (so to speak) and were very focused and confident that I would be purchasing and driving this car in just a few hours. I wish I could have been as positive and confident in the beginning as they were. Nevertheless, it was just a great experience watching my sales team, (Tristan and Noel) getting the job done in such a timely manner. They made sure I was comfortable and were very transparent in letting me know what was happening. Integrity and having a aura of being positive sure makes a difference. That is how I can describe my whole sales team!. Well I did get the car in just a few hours and I find that quite amazing. To my sales team they say thats normal for them. Great job and awesome effort to my sales team! Noel helped me sync up my I-phone to that great sounding Sony head unit that comes with the ST. Yes they did take the time to make sure my experience there would be a memorable one. Would I recommend any of my friends or family to shop for a new or pre-used car or truck here? Without a doubt I would say yes! Service with a smile and handshake still does exist. So if you are looking to buy a car or truck or just browsing, then make Michael Steads Hillltop Ford your first stop. I promise you that you will have a great, no pressure to buy car experience just as I did. A 5-Star dealership and salesteam that is well worth the drive. Lastly, you can also e-mail them if you are busy or just to scared to come in. They answer their e-mail very quickly and will answer any questions that you have. Painless car and truck browsing at its best!

In 2012, I bought a 2013 KIA Optima SX from the salesman Moe. It was a great experience because Moe was patient and answered all of my questions. And the car performed very very good. Moes involvment did not stop at the end of the sale. He kept in touch with me to see if there is anything I needed. All maintenance for the 3 years 7 months was perform at the Ford/KIA service facility. I always had confidence that they would do a great job. I usually went to service agent, Juanita, because she shows genuene concern for your car and follows up with anything needed. She also has candy (the good stuff is in her drawer) On occassion I met with Norm, the KIA mechanic and I have to say, Norm is a genious. He knows stuff that is not document because of his experience. About 2 weeks ago, I stopped in to see Moe and he showed me a 2016 KIA Optima SXL and boy I was impressed. It does everything but steer the car. He told me he could make a good deal and he sure did. I ended up trading in my 2013 for this new model. The 2016 has lots of electronics and it even connects to the internet via wifi through your phone. Moe, understood most all of the features of the technology and any questions I had he followed up and took time to demonstrate everything. Everyone at this dealership are top notch. From William the money guy, Moe, Juanita, Norm to the people that drive the shuttle, they are all tops.

This review is for the sales department. Ive been into this dealership to kick tires with friends a few times over the years. Ive always noted how clean and inviting the dealership is, and how pleasant everyone is. Ive worked retail. Its clear to me these guys put an emphasis on the customer experience and it shows. This time around I decided to buy a new Ford truck. I checked prices online throughout the Bay Area and beyond. When reached out to Hilltop Ford, I was contacted by Sales and Internet Specialist Maria Ferro. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, competent - when I asked for something she usually exceeded my expectations. I asked for price quotes and she came back with detailed quotes on 3 trucks with great prices, including VINs and other details. I was fickle about what I wanted and she didnt flinch - she went to work to find exactly what I wanted. She and Hilltop were willing to arrange to retrieve trucks from over 200 miles away, at no extra cost, to get just the truck I wanted - no hesitation - and offer me better pricing I found anywhere else. I was impressed In the end I bought the truck, got a great price on it, and had a really pleasant experience here. I would recommend to my best friends and family, without hesitation, that they check these guys out if theyre in the market for a new car or truck.

This place is awesome. I recently got a 2016 ford f150 and tristen the sales guy helped me out big than anyone has ever done through my time at dealers. Hes great. He will work woth you to make sure you get the price close to what you want. For him to do that really makes the customer happy and made me happy truely. My only issue is the finance people. They have to understand that with them its about sign papers to make things finalized. In my case i had a guy names garrett and he almost made me change my mind and blow all of tristens hard work. He told me about coverage and everything for maintenance and then i told him i didnt want it because i had just brought down the price per month. And this guy was telling if i didnt want to pay extra for the coverage then i shouldnt be getting the truck. He shouldnt be doing that at all. Dont let know one push you around to pay more for something you wont need.

first i had my head gasket replaced 1800 with 10% discount that was high and they kept car longer then they said it would be like an extra week and they promised to leaks and now i think i have an oil leak but next i bought a lowered mustang and then they said it has a little clunking noise in front so that was a twenty dollar part bought myself for lower tie rod and ball joint they want to charge me 1000 for labor and over 2000 to install plus alignment after they way over charge here i am a ford die hard but please this is my 3rd stang and never been ripped off so much by a dealer i think i will just do it myself or take it somewhere else i dont know if it is just hilltop ford or all ford service lots

I have been purchasing Vehicles from this dealership for 20 + years, my most recent experience with the service department was terrible. I took my truck in to have oil changed and they put a big nick in my trucks door. When I showed them what had happened they agreed to have there guy touch it up, as I thought about what a touch up would look like I decided I wanted it done by a local Body shop that I know and trust so I called my insurance and put in a claim. To my amazement when my insurance called Hilltop ford they declined to take responsibility for the nick. I will now need to come out of pocket for the repairs. I will never trust My truck with Hilltop Ford again!!!
