Great place for your monthly groceries. The produce is quite fresh. The other sections are also having a very good quality products. Their own private labels - STO (Simple Truth Organic) and Private Selection products are great with very reasonable price. There is a bulk section but is very small and limited number of options. Although relatively its better since the competitors Target and Walmart dont have any kind of bulk section at all. However, I have seen much larger bulk sections in Winco in Texas. So, coming from there, it is a disappointment. There is also a salad bar right next to the bulk section which has all kinds of veggies, fruits and meats that go into a salad. The bakery isnt so great though. We tried a couple of things like cheesecake and Tiramisu and they were okay. There is also a pharmacy and walk-in clinic which is good. Generally there is a little wait time involved in the clinic. The nurse and the rest of the staff is good. We have been purchasing groceries from here since last four months and are very much satisfied. The staff is good and quite supportive. On some occasions we did come across 1-2 folks who were rude but otherwise the people have been very supportive.

Im giving this Kroger a 3 because I was screamed at by an employee for the way I put my cart back one day. Which was just a normal, nice way.. I asked for her name which she refused to give me and continued screaming at me that she had had a bad day. As Im walking inside to find a manager she is chasing after me, yelling at me, and hitting herself in the head.. Now as I understand it Kroger employs all walks of people, which I find amazing. However this young lady was not one of those special people. I spoke with a manager of my encounter which he apologized for and said it doesnt matter how you put the cart away, your the customer and you shouldnt be spoken to like that. I am very happy with how he handled the situation and still shop there on a weekly basis. The young lady is still employed there and I hope she has grown from the experience. I do avoid her at all costs though, which is frustrating to have to do while spending my hard earned money at the grocery which can be overpriced.

This is the best Kroger in/ near metro Cincinnati in my opinion. Larger store, more selection variations, large section of STO products as well as all-natural, gluten-free, allergy sensitive staple foods. The produce sections is one of the best next to Findlay Market in the summer. Best time to get good steaks are in the morning around 11-12 after they put the managers special on the shelf, lots of sirloin, t-bone and medallions for >5 dollars. There are usually a lot of people in this store but there are also lots of checkouts and during the work day it is actually pretty quiet. This location also has a large clothes, makeup and shoe section.

commute and gigantic store its close to home for me and I visit quite often you can get anything you need in that place as well as Pharmaceuticals. The employees are fantastic for the most part in the whole store. Theyre very helpful in getting things off the top shelf that I cant reach anymore. Even other customers that I dont even know are very friendly and very helpful to get things that I cant reach God bless all of them should have been able to help me should I need it. Even those little baggers are helpful and almost always ask if I need help to my car to get the items in. Thanks Newport Kroger Pavilion you are pretty awesome.

I asked for a customized cake and received the worst mediocre cake decoration Ive ever seen in my life. The color wasnt what I asked for, they didnt even use enough cream to cover the cake (yes, you could see the cake below the icing, thats how of a low job they did) and on top it it, the strokes of the knife was sooo clear that it was as clumsy as a three year old holding a knife would do. Completely waste of money and time. Not to mention, the taste was just as horrible. I dont understand how could anyone in the world have the decency to call themselves a cake decorator and give you something like this!

If I could rate zero I would! There are never any parking spots, nothing is ever stocked. Its usually sitting in the middle of the isle making it difficult to go down the isle. They alwAys leave old prices up and then deny the always right price policy. Theres never enough cashiers working. So older people have to use the self checkout without knowing how to use it. The gas station is just as bad if not worse. It takes a half hour just to get gas. They rushed this building and parking lot. It can not accustom the population. Horrible... Just stick to the Kroger in Bellevue.

Turning into a mess. There must be nearly a hundred employees working here at a time yet the parking lot is always loaded with shopping carts making it difficult to park. They also pile the broken carts in front of the store instead of the back. I almost always have to walk to a checkout to get a basket and entering the building is a chore itself passing through the smoke screen generated by employees. I think a new Kroger less than five miles from their headquarters would have higher standards. The Kroger in Cold Springs does not have these issues at all.

The deli staff and the staff at the desserts center, especially their current managers, are exceptional. When II phone in orders for the company, they have always been helpful and on time. At checkout, there has never been any issues and the baggers always do it with a smile. It is truly a pleasure to go there and know that they will take care of you with kindness and attention to detail. We at Bang & Olufsen Cincinnati are very thankful to have Krogers in Newport as the place where we shop.

This Kroger is always very busy. The clothing and shoes are ridiculous expensive! The pet food section is nice, they have a bone buffet for the doggies! They do have a really nice meat section also. Its just too crowded B6for my liking. That doesnt make it bad for someone else. Its clean, they have everything you could want. Even an isle of professional beauty products & any kind of chip or popcorn you could ever want. Its just very crowded, a lot of people!!

Bad experience in Pharmacy. Delt with 4 people who work there all of them talked down to me because I am on Medicaid. I tried to ask questions because I am new to the program and was repeatedly spoken over and cut off. I left without any information and non of my prescriptions. I was repeatedly lied to about when they would be ready. I do not have a vehicle and this was the only opportunity for me to get my medications. Highly dissatisfied customer!

I am not always happy with my choices at Kroger and have often complained publicly. Therefore, I feel the need to also offer good comments when they are deserved. The deli this morning was quite busy. The employees remained courteous, helpful and were quite speedy. Today, Katie waited on me and she was great. Last week, it was Michael and he is terrific as well. These two employees are exemplary examples for their peers in customer service.
