I bought 4 tires and after 11k miles the front two had worn to such a point they had to be replaced. I only got a discount based on the tire warranty. Then 2 of my locking lug nuts fell off since they werent tightened right. Then after about 30k miles one of the remaining terribly made tires went flat and both were so worn they had to be replaced. After all this wasted time and money they would only offer 16$ off each tire and a complimentary "pressure monitor system rebuild" which is whats required to change the tire anyways (theyll always take this charge off). Its not about the money though its about the attitude of an employee that doesnt care from a company that doesnt care because they have all the business they need. Its what happens when theres a discount tire on every block. Go to a local tire shop where ppl act like humans and youll get in and out faster and for cheaper. Will never go to to a discount tire again

I always buy my tires from discount. I had a flat due to a nail a couple weeks ago, had my car towed to them the next morning, made an appointment and they fixed it for free and I was in and out in 25 mins. I had a blow out last night and had it towed to them after hours they had it fixed today and because I bought the tires from discount a couple months ago I only had to pay thirty bucks for a new one. Cant beat that. The guys here are super friendly and helpful.

We went in to get a tire replaced because we got a nail in the sidewall. We called when we were en route to verify that the website was correct and they did have the tire we wanted/needed. They held the tire for us until we got there. The best thing was the fact that it only took them about 45 start to finish to replace the bad tire, balance, and rotate. This was all without an appointment. Highly recommend the Discount Tire in Crossroads.

I went into this store and basically was not acknowledge by either is the salesman. They walked by me as if I was invisible. No other customers were there needing help. One of the managers even offered to carry out a little golf cart tire for a lady and left me standing there. Read a similar experience from another person like myself on here. I guess their partial to people of color. I left the store because no one ever came to help me.

Went to have my tires rotated, I asked the sales clerk to please put the front hubs back on my 4wd truck. Got home and realized they had forgotten the hubs also they supposedly checked the tire pressure as well. On the wasy home felt vehicle pulling to right side, on closer inspection front passenger side tire was visibly extremely low. Was disapointed, probably wont be back

Ive been there 2 times both times they were people waiting in front of me to be served who all we waited on promptly but both times I end up needing to leave because the desk workers to not acknowledge my presence or attempt to serve and both times I was the only black person in the room MF BS!!!

Every single time I go here they take care of me. They were super slammed and were pumping out cars left and right. Matt (the manager I think) explained to me that my tire couldnt be repaired and made me a deal on one new tire. They got the tire on in no time. Lifetime customer here.

Staff was really friendly and took time to find out my needs.. I had to oder tires and express them here but the discount tire on loop 288 in Denton wanted to charge $75 but they only charged me $25 at this location and had it here a day sooner
