Imagine if a dollar store was posing (successfully) as a luxury department store. Thats Daiso. There is literally everything in this store. You could practically run an entire household using only Daiso products, food included. From apparel to automotive to even home & garden, every section you would expect to find perhaps in a wal-mart is minified and made available here, too. Sometimes, the quality is even better (笑) This particular store is somewhat larger than the carrollton location. Its easier to move around in because its bigger, but on saturdays even this large store can become so crowded its hard to navigate. Make no mistake, though, for most people the crowd is well worth the trip

The One On Old Denton Rd Is A Little Bigger, Brighter, All Male Asian Cashiers (cute ones too), And More Selection Then This Store. But If You Dont Like "Crowd" This Is The Store For You. Not Every Items Are $1.50. But It Is Fun To See What They Have Since Theres Not Another Diaso Store For The Next Couple Of States Over Which Is In California. Im Glad Dallas Texas Has 2. I Hope They Open Some In Phoenix Az Soon, Thatll Be Awesome

I went to Daiso for this first time this weekend, it wasnt packed at all, maybe five others were in the store with me which was awesome. I spent around 46$ and got a whole bunch of stuff, everything is so cheap and I bought many gifts for others. The food items are delicious, I got so much ramen haha! anyway, overall, it was a great experience I totally recommend.

I prefer this store to the Carrollton location. While this store is in a much larger strip center mall, there arent the teeming masses of humanity to contend with like in Carrollton. Since the contents of the stores are pretty much the same, Ill drive a little further and save my peace of mind.

I spend my hours for nothing.,.. my total cost was $64.95 and only have $200 bills and now at the cashier saying "no $100 bill accepts. Cashier said she will take it $100 but no changes will be process. wow. . . What a service. . . Oo no customer services. . . I am never going back there ever.

Discovered this place about a week ago. Ive only been once, but we did buy several items. Think Dollar Tree, mixed with Ikea, mixed with The Party Store. That was my opinion any way. Great prices on stuff. Well see about the quality, but Ill definitely be back.

Daiso has everything! The products are inexpensive, but are unexpectedly high quality. Ive seen products on amazon that are the exact same thing, but $15 more. I highly recommend Daiso if you want Japanese snacks or inexpensive, high-quality items.

Its kind of crowded depending on what day you go, I like going there for quick visits to get most of the things I need for less than $5 a peice. I get nice metal chopsticks here, and supplies to practice my calligraphy.

Japanese 100 yen shop finally in Texas. It puts the American dollar store to shame!! If you havent been there yet GO RIGHT NOW. I promise you the first time you go there you will spend at least 30 bucks or perhaps more.

What a cool little shop. Everything here is pretty affordable, dont think I saw anything over $5. They have from house items, to snacks, to cups to makeup and even a few school/art supplies. Check it out!

Neat store with unique items, most at $1.50-$5.00. Origami paper is a bargain here. The only downfall is that everything is final sale - no returns allowed. A good place to find small gifts.
