There very rude there Hello, My name is Yolanda Cunningham I came into your place of business today 02/02/2016 at around 6pm purchase some furniture and not just one peace a lot for my home I just bought and I will be closing on my house on the 9th of this month. I lost my husband this year and I will be furnishing my new home where I just moved here from California. But the problem is I have never every been yelled at nor told from a company they want to cancel my order because hes the one that clearly made a mistake. What happen I found two pictures that had the price tag of $159 only on the middle of the picture indicating both pictures are for that price. Thats after I had bought a kitchen table cash $800, and putting a mirrored entry table and a wall mirror on hold by giving $200 more until I check the price at another store for the 3 piece couch set and the 3 end tables that are white which my plan is to buy all item on Friday that came to a total of $2340 and thats not including what I have on hold for the amount of $728.22. and the $800 kitchen table I just paid cash for. The man that is running your store at the Kennesaw office is very rude MR. ANTHONY BASSEY and I have thousand of dollars to spend in your store he yelled at me and threaten to cancel my transaction, thats after I had already gave your business $1,687.26 then he told me to shut up because I was saying to the other customers how he was cheating me by saying the pictures where 159 a peace and as I was trying to tell him all the other picture clearly has the prices on each picture these dont and the other customer said the same thing to him. He got mad and called me stupid and you dont know what your talking about and he continually yelled at me and threatened me with my purchase by saying hes going to suspend my transaction that I purchased already if I dont shut up. I dont know or do you know what type of person you got running your business but I will inform you and others about his behavior and since I have friends that work for the news paper I will call on them for there help to know that The Furniture Mall store is in business to running there customer off by cheating them because they made a mistake and by not putting two prices on there item and threatens there customer by not wanting the money form the customer by canceling there order. I am asking you as the owner to reprimand this man who choses to insult your customer. On Friday I am coming back to your store to get my money back because I rather pay more money somewhere else then to take this abuse from a horrible man that works and cheats people out there hard urn money that works for this company.I suggest that people dont buy anything at The Furniture Mall at the KENNESAW STORE

On the love of all that Is holy, stay far away from this deplorably dishonest establishment. I purchased a Sofa and Loveseat combo from them and Anthony their Account Manager wrote up the sale. I paid 1/2 of the $999.00 price including 1/2 of the delivery fees and they put in an order at their "warehouse" for the set. I never got a call or anything about the furniture coming into the "warehouse" within the week, so I go back in to check on the order and pay my remaining balance. Melissa and Anthony supposedly called the "warehouse" while I waited, and were advised that someone else purchased the set they had reserved for me! They advised that that were putting in another order for the set thru the "warehouse". Two days later I came back into Furniture Mall, this time Kylie accepted the payment of my remaining balance and delivery fees and arranged to have delivery this evening after 5:30 p.m.. On my way out of the Furniture Mall, I went back to look at the "SAMPLE" set on the showroom floor, it was marked with a "SOLD" tag! I immediately went back to Kylie and asked her if THAT was the set they planned on delivering me. She lied to my face and said NO, that it was not, and that I would be getting a BRAND NEW set from the "warehouse". On this evening of delivery, I phoned them at 7:45 p.m. the truck was lost, I had to drive to locate the truck, found the driver and directed them to my home. The driver/delivery men (2), bought the Sofa and Loveseat combo into my home and began setting it up, removing the plastic off of the set. I immediately looked at the tags, unbeknownst to the lying Kylie, I had used my cellphone camera and took a picture of the showroom furniture...and there was a "marking" on the showroom model, so I immediately knew that this furniture was NOT BRAND NEW from the "warehouse", it is indeed the furniture from the SHOWROOM FLOOR with the same "marking" in the exact same place as my date and time stamped picture! DO NOT TRUST THESE LYING SCOUNDRELS! If I had wanted "used" furniture, I would have went to a "used furniture" store! FURNITURE MALL EMPLOYEES, BE ON NOTICE...YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE NOW USING CELL PHONES TO SNAP PICS OF THE FURNITURE IN YOUR SHOWROOMS TO ENSURE THEY GET NEW AND NOT DEMO MODELS AT BRAND NEW PRICES!!! WORD OF MOUTH IS A VERY POWERFUL TOOL AND I PLAN TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND EVEN THOSE I DONT KNOW, NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS "BAIT AND SWITCH" SCAM OPERATION!!!

I recently purchased an Ashley Furniture sectional that I fell in love with on their sales floor. Exactly what I wanted, a little more than I wanted to spend at $900 after taxes but for a new piece of quality furniture, I figured it was still a deal. Two days ago I go to pick it up, and walking through the sales floor I notice that the sample sectional that I picked is no longer there (a perfect "L" shape missing). I asked the woman if the couch I was receiving was the floor sample, for which she "called" their warehouse and was told that it was sent in that morning. Yeah, sure, and I was also born this morning, too. She assures me that I am not picking up the same couch that has occupied a space on their floor for two months, tried out by many people and not cleaned before being wrapped up. I say okay, because I dont want to argue with her or insult her intelligence, but when I get the couch home and unwrap it, the Furniture Mall price tag is still on it! But yes, this couch arrived from Ashley Furniture this morning as I was assured on two separate occasions. I dont have an issue with used or slightly used furniture, but when I spend a large sum of money on something that Im told is brand new, never been used, never been used as a sample, and assured is being "shipped in," that is what I expect. So I call her to tell her that I would like them to adjust my account balance reflecting the sample price of the item, as other items on their sales floor have been done (discounted tags for sample items all over of their store), she tells me that she does not know what I would like her to do, they sell everything right off the floor for the same price as the new items shipped in from distributors, and I could bring it back using my own resources for a refund. Had of I not been swamped and exhausted from moving all day, I would have. I will never go here again, the sales people are nice enough and so is the furniture, but it doesnt change that my couch was sold to me under false pretenses and over priced for a floor sample, and not to mention that there was "nothing they could do for me." Seriously?
